Product is pretty good for the money I guess just wish it had audio and it is impossible to set up with your phones and software wise if you're just an average Joe I had to call out my buddy who does surveillance Systems just to set up the DVR right so everything functions properly took him over an hour to get it done without him I would've had to hire someone and the 12 V power cord they give you to plug into the wall to power your cameras it's not strong enough you have to get something a little stronger than there weak 12v because when night vision kicks on all the cameras shut off due to lack of power I had to switch out there 12 V power plug with a 12V,18w plug with thicker wires in order for my night vision not to keep shutting off and there is no possible way I could've done this on my own not user-friendly unless you're trained on these types of things or really good with computers and electronic stuff such as the security cameras the quality of the video is pretty good in the day light but night vision not all that great overall pretty good surveillance system for your money but you do get what you pay for

I was apprehensive when I read the installation instructions. I contacted a local security company for assistance in getting the system up and working. I was hesitant to use the power supply for the cameras due to a review I read. But my system works day and night with no problems. Cameras work flawlessly and the 500 GB hard drive has plenty of space for my requirements. Again, a great system and cheaper that buying from a security company.

Read the reviews and still purchased this item.Pro- can set up with your iphone or iPad or Android (app) for remote view from anywhere on earth or space if you work there. All you need is internet or WiFi to connectCon- non yet

The picture is very clear in day and night. I added a hard drive and it records perfectly. The problem is that I am not able to setup the mobile view for phone. The directions are not good, so you have to be intuitive or have experience with setting it up.UPDATE: I am able to view the cameras on my phone, however I do not believe it is possible to review them remotely if I travel. The website doesn't seem to be up to date. I would love some feedback on this.

I think the only issue I had is the app you use for this I use a QR scan and was not able to get the same result if there a QR scan that on the app store because there like 30 so not sure if the app I got was compadible since there like to many scan app to choose from other than that the camera work great

I read all of the reviews before purchasing but we've had no issues! It wasn't difficult to set up (even though the guide doesn't really provide a lot of detail) or to install the hard drive. We love the clarity and the fact that the XMEye app allows us to see our home while we're away! I'd definitely buy it again 😊

I love this system Crystal clear photo... I'm buying another to install in my parents...Could never be to careful!

Limited direction, missing remote, wires and plug ins don't match up. Very disappointed.Says contact them..no info to do so..
