Yes. It has various positions and a very handy handle. So quiet and yet effective. I love my two.

It has 3 speeds. If you zoom in on the picture you can see the markings are the same on both sides. OFF - I - II - III - OFF - I - II - III On a side note, this is a fantastic little fan. Quiet and moves lots of air.

Q: how do you remove fan cover? Honeywell screws, impossible, thanks

I just figured it out. On the back of the fan, you will find 1-3 small screw, depending on which model. Use a Phillips screw driver to remove those, then push the tabs and it comes apart easily. Fan blade just pulls off. One was a bit hard to pull, it the other 3 came off pretty easily. My husband cracked the cover of one of my fans by not removing the screw😚

Q: Has anyone compared this to the vornado 133...if so, which is a stronger fan?

I have both. The Vornado is stronger. The other is a nice fan, but the Vornado has a better air flow.
