Jemm Deluxe Beef Patties 2-1

I bought the Deluxe Beef Patties. The red box shows seasoned. They are the worst hamburger I’ve ever had. Maybe it’s the seasoning.The packaging says #1 in Chicago. This is only time that I ever had to return hamburgers. Maybe their other burgers are better.

I buy these patties from a store on the near North side of Chicago from a store called Tony's. Since I've loved them since I was a kid I sometimes crave them. I don't live in Chicago anymore but when I do go back to visit I make sure I swing by Tony's and grab a couple of boxes. The patiies I buy are round and they are not seasoned and they make one hell of a delicious sandwich. These appear to be the same burgers, same makers, same name on the box. But I have never had them square and I have never had a bad experience with these patties, but I don't order them online and I know exactly what I'm getting when I pick up the box in the store. I guess I can't give an honest review of this particular product but it does look exactly like the ones I buy from the store and they are delicious.

I hope this is a lie and people in Illinois aren't eating this. I am debating whether giving these to my dog instead of throwing them away would constitute animal cruelty. They taste like straight soy. I had much better black bean veggies burgers.

At first, I thought I mistakenly bought a veggie burger when I was cooking and eating one. The box does say beef. Very dry throughout the grilling process. Not good tasting. Would not recommend it.
