This is the real grip strengthener and the real deal unlike the plastic ones which have markings on it till 60kg but only offer 25kg tension in reality. In comparison to the plastic ones, this metal grip strengthener starts from 25 kg when the grip is set at the lowest stable level and goes till extreme tension one can ever imagine!There are two cons like it’s really wide and stiff to start with, but I needed this advance one since i feel I’ve graduated having broke two plastic grip strengtheners at top tension. I recently broke my hand; it's healed now but not as strong as it used to be. This product is ideal for gradually increasing hand strength; it's made of steel and looks to last a long time. You can start at 50 pounds and go up to 150, by sliding the handles up and down. They come with rubber grips. The only thing I would caution a buyer about is that the product seems made for medium to large hands. If you have short fingers, this might not be for you. Otherwise, it's a great product.

So the gripper works like advertised, it is adjustable, however the problem is that that the first week of use caused damage to the hands. Because the grips are so wide, the sleeves that come with the product make it useless doue to how wide it makes the product, so I had to suck it up and keep going without them. After like 3 weeks they did cause callauses to my middle finger, but real men shouldn't have soft hands, right? So therefor, well worth the money.

The product old have been amazing if the knob/screen adjuster can stay in place without moving up/down... otherwise it does what it says it will do.. wish theres a way to tight it though...

Worked as intended. The size was fine for my very large hands, although the grips would slide slightly over time, lowering the resistance (not a big deal)Lasted about a year of regular use until it broke.No complaints given the price I paid

This was way too stiff to use for an adult, let alone my 11 year old. Once I adjusted the ring to slide down, it wouldn’t keep its position. I returned it.

Gifted this to someone. They enjoyed that the strength was adjustable.

It doesn't fit my hand and it's stronger than I thought, so it's hard on my hand. I returned this.
