Nice sun screen material
Think I stole this roll on a daily deal. This thickness doesn’t let much air through for plants but I used it to make “curtains” for the roll up doors on our 60x40’ metal garage which has 6 doors. Attached by rolling a bit of one end around some pvc, lashed down with pull ties through material and around pvc, laying that at the bottom inside of the door and attached with magnetic hooks. Magnetic hooks also attached at the bottom of the curtain with pull ties through the material to add weight and in case I need to raise the curtain by half for exit of mowers, utv, etc. This has worked very well to keep the scorching sun from heating up the concrete and the entire building by providing shade. Lots of other uses too and this company makes sturdy stuff. I have even seen hems 2 pieces together on a small sewing machine.

After 2 months of 100 degree weather my plants are still alive.
It is lightweight but worked well to shade my plants. It did not tear or rip, it is very durable as it was attached to trees and poles to place it over my plants to provide shade. We had almost 2 months of extremely high temperatures and my plants are doing well. I’m very happy with my purchase. Update This shade cloth is excellent, as this is the second summer using it with a record number of days over 100 degrees just this summer and it’s still in great shape and ready to be stored for next summer. It helped keep my plants alive again. I highly recommend this shade cloth as it is made with high quality material that doesn’t tear or rot when exposed to the elements.

Attaching my sunshield.
I put my Sun Shield on the open slats, of my deck. To attach, I purchased 12' of velcro ( cost me $12. at Walmart), sewed 6' to one end and 6' to the opposite end. The loop side I attached to the wooden slats overhead, at each end on the top of the long 2"X6" boards. I secured the loop strip with small "brad nails" every 8" or so. It worked perfectly. I can now attach the fuzzy side of the velcro to the loop side on top of the patio overhead wood slats, at both ends. At the end of the season, it can easily he taken down for storage by just pulling apart the two velcro pieces. It's been a week already and the wind hasn't separated the velcro strips, yet. My deck is small 8'X 10', I cut my 20' sunshield in half, so if the one I out, is to weather beaten at the end of Summer, I will have the 2nd half to use, next summer. I purchased the velcro without the sticky back, so mynsewing machine could easily sew the fuzzy side of the velcro onto the sun shield. Just be sure to lay it in the floor, pin the velcro down to get a straight line, doubling the sun shield fabric, repeat on both ends. Took me less than 45 minutes to mark, pin and sew both ends. Very, very happy with the results. Sunshield has just enough open weave to let light in, but keeps 75% of the harsh heat out. I give this product an A+++, so far.

It has worked excellent. The temperature on the back of my house ...
I have had this fabric installed for over a year now. It has worked excellent. The temperature on the back of my house is dropped at least 20 degrees. Also does a good job of privacy screening as well. Good product.

The BEST SHADE MATERIAL ANYWHERE!
I've been using this shade fabric for more that 15 years to shade my garden in the Arizona summers. I also use it to shade my pool equipment from the sun year round. And to shade my extra potting soil, etc. I LOVE THIS SHADE MATERIAL and its gotten difficult to find so I purchased a lot.

Well made shade material
This is a nice shade screen material that is not too loosely woven, but rather stretches tight where you want it to and provides a nice sunblock. Crucial for these hot Missouri days to keep the AC costs down. A good quality product and I've used many different ones over the years. I still am using some that I got in 2015.

durable easy to put up last time tropical storms I would suggest gettn the coolaroo threading twine
This is the front because I lie and numb in my mobile home park there's not much shade in my front yard are there homes depending on if they're situated or have trees around them are. I put this and as you see my garden is flourishing and Vista you may not think which I didn't is super super durable it's already been through three of these major storms in Florida the recent ones to it whips and rips around and I just put them up connected to my awning with a large washer and a self-tapping screw one on each end I haven't even put one in the middle I would suggest getting the sunshade thread I think coolaroo makes it because you will wonder how to attach it to some things. Meaning in the front I put up two Shepherd's hooks and the cooler roostering also comes with a large plastic needle threading needle and I just we've been in and out of the corner of the material and around the shepherd's crook. Like I said there's no rips and it whips around the rain water goes right through it and some sun. I didn't take a picture of the backyard but I have the dogs little play area covered with this also very cool stuff no. I would suggest putting it anywhere else because actually you could see through it so if you're expecting people to come through

Used this to make a deck screened divider and sun shade. I have a triangular sun shade that I bought to hang overhead which was made commercially and you can see the difference in the weight, thickness, how much less it stretches, and the overall quality of the material, but the shade was three times the cost for a 10'x10'x10' triangle and this is definitely good enough for any projects or things that will undergo lighter wear and exposure to the elements. In short, it was perfect for my purpose and a material of the quality of commercial sun shades would have been an unnecessary added expense.

A good quality piece of sunshade. We used it over top of our goat pen to give them more shade. They love it!
