I purchased the almond honey off of a recommendation from a good friend. Tastes simple and good. Not too sugary like most bars on the market which is what I love about it. The texture is not crunchy or grainy. It's more like a nugget, though you can subtly taste the whey protein. We received our latest order Sept. 14, and have been ordering these monthly for over a year. The product has shrunk by 1/3... price has increased from 25.99 to 26.99 a box.... Why has the product shrunk not only lengthwise but thickness wise also?Time to look elsewhere... Much too much money for The Incredibly Shrinking Bar

I bit into a 1/4 inch metal screw when eatting one. Needless to say this has changed my opinion about these. I emailed the company and haven’t heard back.

Maybe I have an unpopular opinion on this matter, but I’ve tried numerous protein bars over the years. All of them have been pretty gross. Not to mention all the junk in them....no thanks.These protein bars are really pretty good. I enjoy eating them every day. I know that what is in them is good pretty good for me as well. Maybe I have an unpopular opinion on this too.I won’t go back to those other gross protein bars..Changing my 5 star review to 1. After ordering these monthly since the beginning of the year, the price has increased almost 6 dollars on a box of 12 bars. Amazon continues to cancel my subscribe and save order while these are in stock at an almost 20% price increase..

unfortunately, the bars I order from Amazon are NOT FRESH. I've been ordering them direct from the manufacturer and they are soft and delicious. I think you need to do something about the length of time these remain on the shelf at your warehouse, or you need to have them shipped directly from the manufacturer in Irvine, CA.

Bars are smaller than the stated weight. I noticed the smaller size in the last box. I own a gram scale, the bars are 48 grams NOT 55! This is considered consumer fraud, I will be canceling this product.

It's so hard to find a protein bar/energy bar with minimal ingredients that is both free of artificial sweeteners and tastes good. Usually, I'm lucky to get one of those things in a bar. But these bars actually taste like snickerdoodle! I have a lot of dietary restrictions and I struggle finding protein bars that don't cause me GI upset. These bars have only 5 ingredients all of which are safe and healthy. Rise bars are a winner. They check all my boxes! I'll be ordering more. They're pretty tough and require lots of chewing. Also they've been covered in oil. I think they do that so the bars don't stick to the wraper but, it's way too much oil! I try and pat them down with a napkin or wrap them in a napkin but the napkin fuses with the bar in places, so then I'm eating almonds, whey, honey, cinnamon, and paper. This wasn't just one box but several.Still, these issues aside, I'm not changing my rating, because the minimal, safe, healthy ingredients win me over. So I'll keep ordering them and I'll probably keep muttering and complaining to myself as I eat them.

When searching for protein bars we sampled about 8 different brands and eventually this settled in as my favorite. The taste is actually very good for this product category and the lack of aftertaste and visual appeal is among the best. Could be age or storage related, but found no residue in box, but bars seemed 'oiling' on the outside of package. No visual evidence and not isolated to a single bar or spot on packaging.

I was charged £53 , now they're £41...??Will not be buying anymore, importers have priced themselves out of the market..A good quality bar with 20 grams of protein averages £3.. Rise bars this time were over £4.30 each..Good old greed gets everywhere nowadays, is there none that do a good product at a good price anymore..

I have only tried two protein bars so far, both highly touted by consumers. The rise bars are terrible. Very little flavour.. like eating putty. The others were garden of Life peanut butter. These are a much better option.... Although slightly more expensive. Surprised there aren't better options out there.
