I was honestly ready to die. The sweats started 2 months ago, and I could not believe that this was what the actual definition of a hot flash was. I ordered this 3 weeks ago, and as of this week this is the first week that I actually forgot that I had hot flashes. I initially was so scared that this wasn't going to work. When the flashes first started, they would hit every hour on the hour without fail. I tried estroven, didn't work at all. 4 weeks on it. Nothing. Then I saw the review for this, on a whim. Figured this is the last hope, before losing my mind and 302ing myself. The first week nothing changed. The second week 50%. This week which is the third week I realized I was sleeping through the night, maybe waking up to use the bathroom, but not the demon hot flashes. I am now turning the heat on and walking around in my usual sweatpants and sweatshirt because I am a person that normally suffers from anemia. All of my life I have always been cold, it didn't matter if it was 110° out I loved the heat because my body never regulated to anything other than cold. So for this to happen it was such a shock to my system. Going from being cold for the last 47 years of your life to switch dramatically to burning ,burning scalding sweaty sweat. I finally am able to wake up after a good 7 hours of sleep, instead of every hour on the hour to throw myself over the fan, open every window, and wait for relief. This stuff really works. I am able to go to the grocery store without looking like a suspect about to rob the store because of all of the sweat streaming from my head to my toes like I had just shoplifted everything in the store. Give this a shot it works. I am so very thankful. UPDATE* I have been taking this since 9/13, today is 12/10. Not one - do you hear?? NOT ONE SINGLE FLASH!! I even forget to take them now., and it also regulated my period which I haven't seen since August. I have gone maybe the most of 2 days, until a flash back of a hot flash pops into my head, and then I feverishly jump up and make a Beeline to the medicine cabinet in fear it may strike again with vengeance. So far, nothing has come to that point, but at least I am able to kind of give my body a break from taking them so excessively, and cut it down to at least once a day. Definitely worth the it and I am so grateful for this product. It WORKS!!

Ordered this a few times, then accidentally ordered the same item but lower dose from the same company. Double check the dosage! This bottle works wonderfully. One night back on it and the perimenopausal sweats are gone. Every time I get off of this one pill, they return. For women looking for natural perimenopause support, I highly recommend this herb.

I'm not big on reviews but I had to wrote this one. I started perimenopause in 2020 during tye height of the COVID-19 era and it continued through 2024 withouse ease but and only got tremendously worse with each hot flash and night sweat. A good night's sleep was impossible and my energy levels felt non-existent. I tried everything I could think of spending lots of money of and through recommendations from friends and and TV ads but nothing actually worked.I even dreaded getting dressed and going out because halfway through dress I'd be soaking wet.I even contemplated taking prescription meds as some of my friends urging since they were doing so but decided to do more research as a last resort. I bought this black cohosh and the Sports research brand Evening Primrose Oil...within days I began to feel a difference a great shift in my overall symptoms that had plagued me without a break over these past 4 years I'm sleeping 💯 % better, energy levels are great and most my hot flashes are almost non-existent with maybe a single mild one once in a while . I knew to buy this supplement because it helped my mother when she went through The Change. It is very effective. I went from having a hot flash every 30 minutes, to basically none. However, to get this effect, I had to take 3 capsules three times daily. Now that the herb is built up in my system, I can get away with just taking three capsules morning and evening. I know that some other reviewers get sick after taking more than one capsule at a time. All I can say is, it's amazing how much our bodies differ from each other! I knew to take these massive doses because that was what helped my mom. It's nice to have her to consult! If you can't consult your mom, I would say start with a small dose. Increase the dosage if it's not effective; decrease the dosage if you get sick.

I always hold my breath when taking this pill. I don’t like the smell. Didn’t give me any side effects and did help with night sweats.

I have been using this product for 6 days for the purpose of treating hot flashes. On day 5, hot flashes stopped and I didn’t feel anything at all. Night sweating decreased a lot. So far, it is amazing and working for me. Will give an update after few weeks. Thank you
