Dang - So Good
This stuff is amazing. I pressure washed my chimney to remove all the grime, let it dry, and then applied two coats of Chimney Saver using a pump sprayer. No chimney leaks yet (2 months later) and you can visually see the water beading off the brick and mortar. If this coat lasts as long as described, this will literally have saved me thousands of dollars - if not 10s of thousands. Read the directions carefully and follow them - but this was easy to apply and is 100% worth the money.

Spendy but works?
This stuff is expensive. I hope it works on my repaired 6x16x2-foot chimney. As an application note, I had to buy 2 gallons for two coats.

Stopped the leak!
A recurring chimney leak was hard to diagnose but after a recommendation from a local mason we tried this product. It took the entire gallon with 3 applications and it stopped the leak! Time will tell how long it lasts. They claim it’s good for 7 years, but I will most likely do it again in a few years. Good product!
