Love it, good product... But why do you have two different types of sockets for the items? It's like one is a USB type C socket to charge, and the other is a micro USB type 🤔

Unfortunately the mouse didn't work, wouldn't charge at all I plugged it in an the charging light would come on but then turn off statight away, I tried with other cables as well an it still would charge.The reason why I'm not giving a one star review is because the keyboard is amazing very responsive no lag an holds charge for at least a day.I've had to buy a separate mouse but overall the keyboard is great for gaming all the keys are nice an compact for reaching your keys quickly and I've experienced no delay in the key response. (this is a gaming keyboard so if your solely buying it just to use as a KEYBOARD your better off buying a logitech)The back lighting is great an it let's you know with a blinking light if it needs charging again or the lights on it will just go out straight after touching a key.Would have been 5 stars if the mouse worked.If your on a budget I would definitely recommend.

Looks good for the light show it displays but is a little to compact when you have fat fingers it’s a bit difficult finding certain symbols after a while you can figure out which keys you need to press

When i first bought the keyboard the buttons did not work properly as i had to slam the keys for it to register and i had to open the keyboard myself for it to fix slightly, spacebar too stiff.why do i have to press function+esc for the escape button to work? moving to the mouse, it is sometimes stuttery despite being full charge. and the sleep mode turns on too quickly where you cannot enjoy the rgb colours on the mouse.the only good this is i guess is that it looks good. but definetly your average fancy membrane keyboard that struggles to type sentences.

After a month of using rgb lightning stop working, not worthed to buy, do not waste your money

I purchased two of these and both have the same issues. Some of the buttons do not work so we are unable to use them for gaming or just general use.
