I was given a free sample of this product by my hairdresser and I have been hooked ever since. This is the only product that I can put on my flyways by my roots and it does not make my hair feel greasy.I use it when I straighten my hair and I could feel a difference in how soft and not frizzy my hair is. If I let my hair air dry and then plan to braid it, I use this to smooth it out, and it allows for curls to look more healthy, shiny, and have no frizzIt also has a light scent that I have difficulty describing, but very much enjoy. However, my mother who is sensitive to smells, cannot stand it. Might be something worth considering if you are sensitive as well.Out of all of the products, such as the shampoo, conditioner, and this magical oil, I recommend the oil mostly for the fact that LASTS FOREVER. you don’t need to use much of it for it to be effective, and my first small bottle that I purchased, lasted me from December until almost April with nearly daily use.The prices of Davine’s products had me hesitant to try them, but it is very high quality, especially this oil.

Just received this oil and OMG ! I have dry damaged colored hair and it’s bad. I have used many oils to make it manageable. I put this oil on and WOW my hair did not feel oily and the texture was soft and manageable. I curled it and my curls looked like it did when I was in my 30’s. It was easy to use and I keep running my hands through my hair . I can’t believe how it feels and my hair smells incredible, I need to order another bottle now. I use Davies shampoo too but adding this oil to your hair makes it even better.

I’ve used it for years. People always tell me how nice my hair smells. I don’t like fragrances in general, but this one is very subtle and natural. Keeps my hair from frizzing so much in dry, cold MN winters. Nicely differentiates the pieces of my hair. Makes my hair feel softer. I only review things I really love OR really hate. Love this one.

This oil is lightweight, and smells so good!! I use 2-5 pumps and leaves my hair shiny and lightweight. Does not make my hair feel oily and just adds great shine.I bought the larger size 4 years ago and lasted me that long!! Great value for the price!!

I’ve tried so many oils over the years- Mizani, Amika, Gisou, Aussie, Nexxus, Verb, HASK, regular organic pressed oils, OGX, etc. I feel like every single one gives me the same results- it either looks oily and eventually makes the rest of your hair oily, heavy, accentuates the damage you have and makes it greasily shiny, OR it’s very lightweight and just disappears into your hair or evaporates from your hair without actually doing anything. When I looked at the ingredients, I was like “Great, this is overpriced basic bs.” And when I pumped out this oil into my hands, I was like “Oh good lord, this feels like every other oil out here.” Except, when I applied it to my hair, it didn’t FEEL like every oil out here. It’s the only thing that makes the coarse parts of my hair soft without making it look oily. Smells like nag champa , which is awesome. Also full of antioxidants, helps with DETANGLING which is rare for me (usually oils just make my hair stick together) and I actually feel like it penetrates my fine hair strands instead of sitting on top, and the effects don’t disappear after 5 minutes. My curls look shiny, healthy and bouncy. I will never ever ever ever get another hair oil or even think about it. Once I find something that works, there’s no need to argue with success. I have very high expectations for the products I use, because if I’m going to be spending money, it better do exactly what it says it’s going to do, and this does. I got the smallest container and I use it every night and still have a lot left over. You won’t be disappointed, and I don’t think you will ever look back after getting this either.
