Great Quality!!
Just put it together yesterday to test it out and it is wonderful! Pretty easy to use and set up. I feel like it’s the perfect booth for someone who wants to start their Photo Booth business! Really good quality overall. Definitely recommend! 😊😊

Remote control
The remote control isn’t connecting to the receiver. The remote flashes red but the receiver doesn’t. I tried resetting it through the box but nothing happened.

Looks Good at First—But Fails Fast and Comes with Terrible Support
I purchased this 360 Photo Booth less than a year ago, and while it looked great upon arrival, the problems started shortly after regular use. The control box began malfunctioning—blowing out two wall outlets and barely responding to the four wireless batteries I bought with it. Clearly, there was a defect.When I contacted ChackTok for support, they were dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility. They initially tried to blame the issue on me using a different ring light (which has nothing to do with the control box issues) and refused to honor the warranty at first. It took multiple messages, proof, and standing my ground just to get them to agree to replace a part under warranty—something that should have been simple.Also worth noting: their app crashes constantly, especially during live events, which makes this product a risky investment for any professional use.They eventually replaced the part, but only after an exhausting back-and-forth. If you value responsive, helpful customer service and a product that just works, I’d look elsewhere.
