Stand pegs and bases are included with all miniatures. For size comparison purposes, stand bases are one inch across.
The huge Bin'Tak is designed to command a fleet, and its tremendous armament makes it a force to be reckoned with. (Note: It doesn't come with that custom stand, just two normal ones. And yes, it's that big.)
