Great control and powerful amp/mixer
Old Yamaha mixer smoked at last event so this one was a quick purchase to replace. Perfect for karaoke/trivia/ wedding ceremony/live performance.

New Yamaha Powered Mixer Proves to Be an Upgrade
Our band used the older model for at least 15 years. We have passive mains and passive monitors, so we decided to get another powered mixer. The Yamaha is proven, so we chose to upgrade. This model has more power and some new features like an anti-feedback button. This mixer has improved our sound. We really like using it.

Worked fine, came on time and worth the dime!
Yamha mixer is always good. FX all worked. Phantom power works fine. Great amplifier.

it is working awesome so far. Not as loud as a cheaper system that I had but also that system only lasted a year.

I couldn't get some features to work
I studied reviews and features on powered mixers, and this Yamaha product looked like it could handle all my needs. When I tried it out, I couldn't get some of the special effects to do anything. I'm new to using a mixer with so many features, so there's a chance some of the problem was my lack of experience. Or maybe this unit was defective. But it didn't work for me, so I returned it. I'm much happier (for my needs as a solo performer) using my JBL EON One amp.
