Good product that has worked for my cat
This is a product I bought on a whim because my cat veterinarian said that my cat needed continued ear cleaning. I have a Siamese female and she won’t let the touch her. I was able to sneak up behind her and squeeze a little bit in her ear. She originally came from a hoarding situation and has had mites in her ears, which we had cleaned. But I think that deep down she was still having some hearing issues. After using this product, she seems happier and can hear me better. Ease of use is great and it’s just a liquid clear with no smell.

Worked exactly as advertised, even on a wild child
I used this product on two cats. 1. Nutmeg, my easy-going 2 year old, and 2. Hera, our insane 4 month old heathen. 1. Like I said, Nutmeg is easy-going. I rescued her at about 4 days old. She comes when called and pretty much let's me do whatever I want to her because she's so trusting. She got a bacterial infection in her left ear, for which she is going through a round of oral meds (clavamox) + these ear drops. There was a good amount of blood/pus in there, which is why I got the drops. I tested a couple of drops on the back of her neck first to ensure she didn't have a reaction. The liquid is clear with a pleasant odor. It doesn't smell harsh or chemical-y at all. I swaddled Nutmeg in a tight little purrito to give her both the oral + otic meds. I gently held her head and put a few of the drops in her left ear, massaged a bit and then let her go. I gave her treats after every time as a reward. Her ear was re-checked after 1 week of treatment and there was no blood or pus left! Totally clean ear canal. It was a very easy process and worked like a charm. 2. Hera is a wild child who we rescued as a feral 6-week-old. She's a sweet little girl now, but her reactions are definitely more like a "stereotypical cat". Hera is very opinionated, and definitely doesn't trust humans enough to mess with her, especially when she doesn't want it! When we got Hera, she could barely hear due to the amount of ear mites and debris in her ears. Despite them being cleaned out and treated, a few days ago I noticed some dirtiness in/around her ears and figured it wouldn't hurt to try these drops on her. Again, I tested the drops on the back if Hera's neck. I swaddled her and she totally hated it. It took two people to get the drops in her ears and I opted not to try holding her head still. I got the drops in real quick and then we let her go. She clearly doesn't hold grudges though, because every time she runs off I shake a treat bag and she's right back for her reward. It definitely seems to have helped cleaned her ears, at least from what I can see (after 2 days of use). Overall, these drops were worth the money and I would buy them again. I definitely don't think you need to have an animal as easy as Nutmeg to use them. Even though I did not keep them in Hera's ears for long or massage them, it does still seem to work. I highly recommend making sure your cat's nails are trimmed and they are swaddled tightly, and always give a reward after!

Works Well, But Watch That Spill
This ear cleaner absolutely does the job---effective, gentle, and a great value for the price. But it’s watery enough to stage a full escape if the bottle’s tipped, especially by a manic puppy doing parkour mid-cleaning. Significant amounts lost in a single splash, so handle it like liquid gold. Great formula, risky packaging. One star docked for the mess potential.

Great product
The vet recommended this and it really does work. There’s no smell like some and the animals don’t mind it. They seem to be itching less and so far no more ear infections.

Worked very well
I have a 2 dogs who I adore. My youngest, the 1 year old German Shepherd/ Belgian (on the left) Malinois mix that adores going to the beach. Every weekend I take her to the dog park at the beach, and she absolutely loves chasing balls into the water. She got an ear infection about a week later and was very itchy and scratching herself to the point of losing some hair and drooping her ear. After using the product, she loved me giving her ear massages to clean her ears and I feel the medication soothed her as well. About a week later, she started growing hairs again and was overjoyed to be able to go back to the beach. I feel the product helped especially to get of that itchiness and was easy to apply to her ears, a few drops and then massaging with a napkin or towel.

May Work Well, But Not Cat-Friendly for my Cat
I was hopeful about these clinical ear therapy drops for my cat, but unfortunately, I couldn’t get him to cooperate. The product might be effective, but it’s hard to say since my cat absolutely refused to let me apply the drops. It’s likely better suited for more tolerant pets or perhaps dogs. I wish the application process were easier or included some tips for use with stubborn pets. Great concept, just not ideal for my feisty feline.

Helped my cat tremendously!
My cat has been scratching at her chin for a while. I thought it was flea allergies because she has done that before. I put a flea collar on her that had worked in the past but she still kept scratching her chin up even after trimming her nails to prevent damage to her chin. It got so bad that I was going to bring her to the vet to see what the issue was with her. Maybe other allergies were irritating her? Anyway, I also knew she had dirty ears cause I've been cleaning them out with just a cotton swap when it dawned on me that she is probably scratching her chin up cause of her ears. So, I decided to look up ear cleaning products to try out before going to the vet. I read the reviews on this product and decided to give it a go. I received it on a Friday and decided to try it on her by gently soaking cotton swabs and using them to clean her ears before filling her ears with the liquid as I read that suggestion by another reviewer. I've done this 3 times on both ears and I saw immediate results. She stopped scratching her chin and her behavior has improved immensely. Her chin is already healing. I will probably do the cotton swab method a couple more times before filling them with the liquid since it would be good to make sure both ears are fully treated properly. I have noticed less dirt coming out of her ears each time I use the product as well. I would highly recommend this product to others that have pets with dirty ears. It worked really fast for my cat and I feel awful it didn't occur to me sooner that her ears were the reason she was scratching her chin so bad. I included photos of her chin to show you how bad it was getting and how well it is healing. The one chin photo was taken the day I started using the product and the second photo was two days after I had been using the product to show how much better her chin was after cleaning her ears. It started healing since her ears are no longer bothering her. Her chin hadn't shown signs of healing since she started scratching it up. I did not use this product on her chin. Only her ears! I would suggest exercising some caution for pets that have more sensitive skin. My cat does not have sensitive skin but I used caution to make sure this product wouldn't make her ears worse and it hasn't.
