Awful. Doesn’t even deserve one star. I should have listened to the other reviewers. Avoid buying unless you want green hair. It turned my hair green on first use. I was recommended this by the hairdreser who did my keratin to tone my hair down after it turned orange in treatment but it just made my hair green. And has now cost me another hair appointment to correct it

Does the job to get rid of any brassy tones from my brunette hair

Good product, don’t lighten the hair but takes out the warm tones

This shampoo has damaged my hair and my £250.00 highlights, I followed the instructions and I’m so disappointed. My highlights are not longer blonde, they blue and ash colour, my hair look horrible.

I now have patchy blue hair after using this product twice on my coloured hair in which had some orange tones. Now need an expensive trip to the salon to correct. Not happy.

È il primo prodotto che riscontro funzioni davvero. Attenua i riflessi rossi/ ramati davvero. Non ho avuto riflessi verdi come ho letto in altre recensioni. Lascia i capelli un po’ secchi quello si, ma fa il suo dovere

Fonctionne très bien, transforme tous les reflets orange en une couleur marroné foncé qui s'accorde parfaitement avec du blond! Par contre oubliez ce produit si vous avez des mèches blondes, même en moussant juste les parties oranges, au moment du rinçage qu'en ça passe sur les bouts blonds ou les mèches blondes les cheveux blonds virent au vert . Il m'a fallu refaire une déco sur mon blond

Shampoo buenísimo para evitar los reflejos cobrizos, anaranjados, de las mechas en cabellos oscuros. Tiene bastante color.

I had some very orange roots from a box dye unfortunately my ends and some of my roots were blonde and this didn’t work for that. The shampoo didn’t affect the orange. It didn’t even tone it down. I painted my damp hair with a hair dye brush so as not to affect the blonde hair. I massaged it in those areas. Left for a couple of minutes and rinsed it through. Despite being careful the rinsing through managed to give me a green tinge where my blonde was and the orange roots were still very nice tango orange. Thankfully after a couple of washes with a clarifying shampoo the green cleared away leaving my blonde no longer white but yellow, so I went back to my trusty bleach London purple shampoo- perfect for renewing my blonde. I don’t think this works very well unless you can leave it on but when your hair isn’t all over the same orange it’s not practical you will have blue to green hair

Ich habe mir dieses Shampoo gekauft um aus meinen braunen Haaren diesen doch etwas nervigen Orange Ton heraus zu bekommen. Viele andere Lila Shampoos habe ich probiert und das war alles nichts. Nun muss ich wirklich sagen, dieses Goodby Orange Shampoo hält echt was es verspricht! Hätte ich niemals gedacht aber tatsächlich wird aus meinen sehr warmen Braun ein kühler Braun Ton! Ich wende es 2 mal die Woche an und massiere es ins feuchte Haar und lass es so 10min einwirken! Selbst meine blonden Strähnen sind nicht mehr Orange sondern werden schön kühl Blond so wie es sein soll! Danach nur unbedingt auch eine gute Pflege Spülung nutzen weil die Haare doch recht strapaziert werden. Kann ich wirklich empfehlen!
