UPDATE: Just went on our first overnight trip with baby and OH MY GOODNESS LOOK HOW SMALL THIS PACKS DOWN!!!! I always knew it was supposed to be portable, but the bassinet folds flat in THREE EASY STEPS! Three! The mattress even doubles as a strap to hold everything together!! If I'd known how easy it was to travel with we would have taken more trips earlier. Original review: I could not be happier with our choice of bassinet. It is everything we were looking for and more. First off, it's a wonderful bedside sleeper. I was looking for a crib that could give us the co-sleeping experience while still practicing safe sleep, and this is it! The bassinet raises and lowers to meet the height of your bed, and one of the sides zips down. At night our baby sleeps beside us, almost as if we were sharing a bed. I can reach over and sooth my baby or even pick him up without getting up or out of bed. It's very easy to zip the walls up or down. The one thing we added is a memory foam crib mattress as the mattress it comes with is pretty thin with a seam for east storage. I didn't expect that we would be using the wheels so much, but we actually love the portability aspect. During the day we wheel the bassinet out of the bedroom so we can keep an eye on our baby while he naps. We also put up cards and toys and our infant happily plays in it. At night, we wheel him back into our bedroom. We use the handy basket to store some of his toys and books. Finally, it goes without saying but this bassinet is gorgeous. The white and rose gold is beautiful in person. It is also incredibly easy to assemble, and built to collapse and store easily although we haven't tried that yet. I 100% recommend this bassinet, we've made such beautiful memories with it, and I will genuinely be so sad when my baby outgrows it.

I have never been so comfortable leaving any of my babies in a bassinet. I have always ended up co-sleeping after just a few days at home due to the inconvenience and anxiety I had from them not being safely placed and easily accessible until I found this bassinet. Compared to other versions of this, the price was perfect especially if you add it to your registry and take advantage of Amazon’s registry coupon. I had the opportunity to catch it on sale plus utilize my coupon, so I was extremely happy with the price. It was beyond easy to set up as it is pretty much pre-assembled. I was too far along in pregnancy to bend over to lock everything in place, so my 9 year old did it for me. It’s that easy and convenient. Not to mention, it breaks down easily and also has a case to put it in if you travel. The size is amazing. I feel like most bassinets are very small, this definitely makes me feel confident that my baby will be able to sleep in this until she is 8 months. There is a lot of room! The mattress pad is not the thickest thing in the world, people often think this is a bad thing but the baby sleeps so comfortably and well that it there is no disadvantage to this point. It’s padded and enough for them to not be uncomfortable. I had a hard time finding the proper sized sheets. This was the biggest downfall at first, but luckily I finally ordered some that were perfect from “Joey + Joan” here on Amazon in size 32x20 I believe and they fit perfectly as shown in the photo. I have not yet utilized the storage compartment underneath the bassinet because I have it lowered to the lowest height. In this case, you can’t really use it because it’s such a tight squeeze to get things in and out, however that is not a problem for me particularly. I had a c-section so I have been on my couch for about a week and the bassinet lines up perfectly at the lowest height for me to have baby next to me and conveniently be able to change diapers, clothes, etc. When I am able to get back into our bed, the bassinet would also align just right with the bed as well for night feedings and safe sleeping. Overall, I think this bassinet is amazing. It checks off every box I needed to not co-sleep with another baby and work towards sleeping independently. The price is right, the assembly is easy, and baby is comfortable. I highly, highly recommend to any new parent!

This bassinet is beautiful & easy to set up. This is our 2nd bedside bassinet, after ordering our first one in 2021. I ordered this one specifically because of the wheels (our last one didn’t have them), the beautiful color, the underneath storage & it being travel-friendly. However, it is NOT FOR HIGH PROFILE PLATFORM BEDS Before ordering, I measured the height of my bed, which is a high profile platform bed, to make sure this would reach the top of our mattress (our previous bassinet reached the top perfectly!). At a max height of 34 inches & the top of my mattress being 33 inches, I thought we were good to go. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The bassinet DOES reach the top of our mattress, but the actual bed/mattress that the baby sleeps in DOES NOT. As a nursing mama, I loved being able to safely nurse (side by side position) my toddler when he was an infant, while he was laying in his bassinet & I’m in the bed. It made sleeping & nursing feel more safe. With this bassinet, I would not be able to nurse, & I would have to lean down to get our new baby out. If you do have a taller bed, I highly recommend looking for bassinets that have a max height of 44 inches (which is what our last bassinet was). Luckily, our new baby has not arrived & we can return this & use the old bassinet w/o wheels until we can get a new, taller bassinet delivered! Finally, I struggled with unlocking/locking the side that drops down & opens against the bed. We didn’t have to struggle with our last one, which makes this another inconvenience for us - because we opened/closed the bassinet multiple times per day. I don’t want to have to struggle each time! All in all, these are just simple considerations & does not speak to the quality of the product.
