NauticalMartBrass Nautical Antique Telescope - 18 inches Long

The first scope I received did not work right. I contacted seller who responded quickly. After trying seller's tips and scope was still faulty, they immediately sent a replacement. The second scope works perfectly! This is a very nice scope with great clarity and distance. Adjustment is easy by moving sight end to focus. I am looking forward to walks and camping and sharing with my many grandkids! I am impressed with this company's integrity and highly recommend them!! I will likely buy from them again!!

I bought this for my kids to use in a pirate-themed treasure hunt, and was very pleased by what I received. It is sturdy, antique looking, and functional as a spyglass. Others who reviewed this that said it doesn't work must not have understood how to use it. You must manually adjust each sliding section to focus on an object at a distance--it is a real brass spyglass, and works exactly like it should.

I was hesitant to buy this based off lack of reviews, but I went for it and I'm very please. It's nice and heavy, doesn't feel cheap. The optics actually work good and focusing is as easy as adjusting the length of the eye tube. Based off the smell it appears to be all genuine leather, which surprised me. The larger end cap fits loose and the strap is indeed very short and thin, but neither of those are really problems. Overall very happy so far.

The seller refunded me due to the package being lost by USPS. Months later, it arrived, and the telescope is so great. It's weighty and very vintage looking. Great quality, and I appreciate the seller's handling of the transaction.

This arrived and I opened it immediately and tried it out. I was quickly taken back by the moldy smell. I definitely could not give this as a gift. Gross.I got busy and forgot about it until I just started going through my Christmas present stash. I see it's just past the return window so I guess I'm stuck with a useless toy but I thought I'd warn others.

I bought this as a prop for a Halloween pirate ship setup. The product profile images make it look rustic, vintage, weathered, etc, which was the look I wanted. It does NOT look like that at all. It is modern and clean looking. Very light colored leather and bright clean brassy metal.That said, I still wanted to use it, so I put some wood stain on a rag and wiped it all over both the leather and metal parts and it came out looking old and weathered like I wanted— like the product images actually.I’m sorry I didn’t take a “before” pic so you could see how it really looks when you receive it.

Bought for my son for christmas, I thought it was faulty , like some other reviewers as I couldn't focus on anything. However, looking at the moon and at an aeroplane I was able to slide the first two sections and get a lovely clear image. Its still taking a bit of practice for my son and myself to master. Very happy with it.

Very sturdy and looks amazing and works. Can't wait to give it to my grandson

Arrived with a few days and it was what I expected. The telescope is functional but as a decorative piece it fits the bill nicely.
