Anker Powerline II Lightning Cable has turned out to be one of those boring-but-essential things that quietly makes life easier, and it definitely deserves five stars. It feels sturdier than the random cables that come and go—thicker, more solid, and with ends that do not start splitting after a few weeks of plugging in and unplugging. Day to day, it just works the way a cable should. Devices connect immediately, charge at full speed, and there is no need to wiggle the connector or find a “sweet spot” to keep it charging. The Lightning plug fits snugly even with a case on, and the length makes it comfortable to use the phone in bed or on the couch while it is charging without feeling tethered too tightly. What stands out most is the peace of mind of not having to constantly replace it. Instead of hunting for yet another backup cable because the last one failed, this has become the reliable one grabbed first from the nightstand, desk, or bag. For something used multiple times every single day, the build quality, reliability, and lack of drama make it an easy five-star purchase.

Fantastic quality and customer service. Costs extra but worth it. The cable just stopped working after being used in the same place, Anker replaced it quickly. This is why I always buy Anker, quality products with great customer service. Will continue to buy their products.

Anker is a good charger. We have several and they charge our devices well and hold up great. The cord length is perfect for my needs. The white cord is easy to keep clean and looks great. The only complaint is that the cord was supposed to be delivered Tuesday, Nov 25, 25. We were notified, but not until 11ish pm on Tuesday that it wouldn’t be delivered. I don’t blame the driver. The driver was professional and nice. When I placed the order the site stated it would be delivered 11/25/25. I am annoyed with Amazon and the shipping itself.

It boggles my mind that this isn’t a more known brand - I’m actually worried that because they are so good at what they do that either the prices will go up or they’ll be put out of business by the phone manufacturer! After years of going through phone cords like they were made to be disposable, I got fed up and started doing some research into the most durable & long lasting phone charger. I kept coming back to this brand after seeing it mentioned multiple times, and when I saw that there was a lifetime warranty I was sold but still doubtful. It couldn’t actually stand up to my kids use forever so I knew I’d have to put that guarantee to the test at some point. Thankfully it worked like a dream for us and really did seem to be thicker at the end point that goes into the phone so that when my kids were being rough in disconnecting it, it held up and didn’t immediately have issues, which is more than I can say for most of the other kinds we tried (and we tried a lot!) So after a year I bought this 10 foot cord because my previous one from another brand had quit working completely and I like more freedom while charging so it seemed worth the minimal cost to try the longer version (even though I thought for sure that with that extra length came more opportunities for issues.) But the first one had saved us so much money already from not having to buy a new one each month! Well the lasting power was there too because it worked perfectly for almost a full year. And when it did begin to charge intermittently and then seemed to quit - Anker held up their end of the warranty with their hassle free guarantee. Within a matter of a couple days I had the replacement and it’s every bit as good as the original and I didn’t have to stress over getting a new one and which one to get and would it even work to begin with or how long until I’m telling my kids not to unplug & move the charger because it could make it stop working? Yet I actually use one of these with a power bank so I’m moving it all the time with no effect - you don’t get that out of dollar store, $5, or mall branded cables. * and to be fair, this one I had that stopped working was used beside my bed, and I’d often fall asleep using it so I didn’t baby the cord and it still saved me from buying around a dozen new cords before it needed replaced (at no cost to me, might I add) And the original cord I bought? Well, after my kids ripped it from the tablet jack for 2 years it did show some wear at the connection. But it never fails to work! When I showed the company the photo of that - they replaced it too! I stan this brand and gave their powerful cubes as Christmas gifts because they charge our stuff so fast and who wouldn’t want to low key rep a company that’s just doing the thing that we all wish we could take for granted. I wanted peace of mind and not to have to always be worrying about my phone cord situation and I’m finally here. It’s liberating and I can’t imagine I’ll ever waste my money buying another brand of cable again. It would be worse than literally throwing my money in the trash because I’d actually be paying for the headache another brand would give me. And I’m not in any way compensated for a review I just really believe more people should know about these and I would drive around with their bumper sticker on my car telling random strangers about it because they are killing it in the cable world and will hopefully raise the bar for other manufacturers to quit selling disposable junk in place of something we have to be able to rely on every day.

So far, so good. Very useful; mostly because of the price and length.

I’ve gone through a graveyard of cheap Lightning cables, but Anker’s USB to Lightning PowerLine (6 ft) is in a league of its own. This thing is built like a tank. The cable feels solid, not flimsy or easily frayed like the Apple ones that come in the box. At 6 feet, it’s the perfect length—long enough to use your phone comfortably while charging from the couch or bed, but not so long that it turns into a spaghetti situation. Charging speed is great, and data transfer is just as solid. I use it with both my iPhone and iPad, and it hasn’t missed a beat. Bonus: it comes with Anker’s customer service and warranty, which are top-notch. If you’re tired of replacing cables every few months, just get this one and be done with it
