Arrived looking exactly as pictured and in perfect condition. Beverages stays cool. The only issue is with the packaging, it came only in a paper bag. It could easily be damaged but luckily it was perfect when opened.

Item arrived on time & well packaged. Ordered to use at Christmas and it looked lovely sat on the table, very good quality. Very pleased with how it kept our wine chilled and has been used on numerous occasions.
