For now, 2/5 stars due to the fact that this strip was defective upon arrival. These seem like your standard strip of RGB LEDs and it's a nice touch that it comes with a wireless remote, as I have bias lighting on my TVs that do have remotes, but unfortunately are hardwired into the strip. I was excited to get these installed for my project today, but unfortunately they didn't quite work. I should've pretested before installing these, but as I was preparing to install the piece to its final resting area, I powered the strip up only to find a huge bummer--more than half of the LED strip did not work. At first this rather large section displayed an entirely different color than the section closest to the power brick (blue -> red, green -> blue, etc.), then the LEDs of this section turned off all together and only flickered on/off briefly after that. Returning and ordering second set--hopefully this second chance works properly this time.This review will be updated following arrival/install of 2nd LED strip.

Junk. Had to move wire just right to get it to work. 1 week after purchase it is completely shorted out and will not work at all

Worked for 15 minutes. I did receive a refund, but took a while to set up and take down, with no benefit. When it did work, my daughter loved it, hence the two stars. Lovely colors, for those 15 minutes. Looking for something like this, that actually works.

Easy install, good quality, great price. 5 stars based on great price and reliable performance. The only challenge, the kit does not have connectors to go around corners, you need to buy separately. You can spend a hundred or more and will not get better quality.
