Quantum Physics For Beginners: The Simple Guide to Discovering How Theories of Quantum Physics Can Change Your Everyday Life. The Secrets of New Scientific Knowledge Made Uncomplicated and Practical

Get familiar with the basics
If you are tired of feeling lost in conversations that revolve around physics, then this book is a great place to start. Will you be a PhD level physicist at the end? No. But, you can at least hold your own in a conversation and understad what people are talking about. This book looks at the big ideas in quantum physics, this is things like waves, particles, string theory, major physicists and their theories, etc. The book is written in a totally non-science language that makes it easy for us non-scientists to understand what is being dicussed. I also liked that there was a chapter on applications of quantum physics in our everyday life, like toaster, high powered microscopes, and super accurate time keeping. That really gave me some concrete things to see physics in action.

Quantum Physics Explained
If you've always been interested in quantum physics but felt confused or lost , then you should read this book. It breaks everything down and explains it in an easy to understand language. This book explains how quantum physics works in our everyday life and uncomplicates it for us. I recommend this book for anyone that would like to finally understand quantum physics

Disappointed
This book appears to be written by AI. The concepts do not flow together, the information is disjointed, and the writing is poor. Would not recommend.

A complicated subject made more complicated by poor editing.
I was excited to read Jeremy’s book on this subject. However, a complex subject is made to be harder to understand by poor editing and references to figures that aren’t included in the book (I.e. page 43). I didn’t return this book as a courtesy to the author but I have found it less than satisfying regrettably.

Wow! I like this book!
When Stoddard says the book is for beginners, this doesn't mean you can understand it with a grade school education but I am neither a mathematician nor a scientist yet he made the theories intelligible to me. It was simple, clear, and profound and I'm glad I gave it a try. I highly recommend it. It seemed magical.

Editor needed
Unfortunately, after attempting to read the first couple sections I have no idea whether the author knows anything about quantum physics. I have a basic layperson’s understanding and bought this for my mathematically gifted daughter as an introduction. The writing and editing (?) are so poor as to make this book unreadable. The analogies used are poorly worded at best and more likely nonsensical. I hate to provide a harsh review but a professional experienced editor is needed here. I will not be giving this to my daughter as it actually may dissuade her from interest in the subject.

Feels like a random sting of thoughts mashed together
Some parts of the book are interesting but there’s not enough detail to really take much from it. It was just okay.

Written or translated by A.I.
This book is almost impossible to read. It isn’t the concepts. It’s the writing, where flawed grammar and completely incorrect word choices are found on every page. It left me convinced that this was originally written in another language and badly translated. Or perhaps the whole thing was A.I. generated, like all those annoying long food blog posts you now see. Not worth the money I’m afraid. It’s a shame though, really, because the project here is a good one. A no math guided tour through quantum ideas is a great idea. But this book just isn’t it.

A companion book
Got this to try and understand quantum physics and mechanics. Helped tremendously and useful for dipping into whilst ready about Einstein

Quantum physics for everyone
Before buying this book I had honestly only heard about quantum physics in a Marvel movie, honestly I was very surprised to learn that there is actually an in-depth scientific study that deals with this subject ... and this book is the simplest approach that can be required to interface with this matter which at first glance may seem difficult and therefore not within everyone's reach ..... but you will see that page after page you will begin to understand the mechanisms behind this matter , and consequently you will be passionate as it happened to me. Really a nice discovery ..... I highly recommend the purchase, even just as a curiosity .... you will see that you will not be disappointed !!!

Well, I'll be...
I picked up this book at the behest of my wife, as I often talk about quantum physics and it's complexities without truly understanding that much of it.I was actually astounded by, first of all, how little I actually understood the baseline principles of it. But also because I actually found a few very surprising things in this book.I cannot recommend it enough, I want to read more like it!

An indispensable book to compose the theories of Quantum physics.
If you are interested in the theory of relativity and want to deepen the subject, in addition to what has been dealt with supereficially at school, this book will help you a lot. It will introduce you to science in a basic way to discover Einstein and his theory. It will explain science, how it works and how it is used in everyday life in a simple and clear way. An enlightening book to all those people who want to approach this intriguing world but which if done incorrectly, can scare us and make us move away from knowledge and deepening of the subject.
