After spending a couple of hours trying to hunt down cordless phone batteries at local discount, office supply, and electronics stores, I slapped myself and said "Duh, Amazon." I put in the battery number, and up popped the exact battery I needed. And they were about one-third the price of very similar batteries in the stores! So I bought six, got 'em a couple of days later, and replaced all the batts on my probably 5-year old phones.Great service from Amazon and its partners, as always. Easy, exact match, and saved money. This is the best way to buy special batteries.

My dead batteries worked better, I am not kidding. I tried getting in touch with the seller, there is no customer service, just a refund from Amazon. I wanted to make sure that I was getting new units as the odds of two new separate units being defective are slim. There is absolutely no customer service and no agent to talk to regarding the batteries.This GP75AAAH2BMJZ replacement battery is identical for my Plantronics Callisto Pro phone. I have two identical units so I purchased 2 new batteries by this seller. They are garbage. Plantronics wanted 24 bucks and I thought how much different can this battery be, it looks identical, so I will try it. You DO NOT even get what you pay for here. These batteries worked worse than the dead units I was replacing.After each unit charged for 24hrs, neither battery would hold a charge on either unit. The phone worked for a 5 minute phone call before dying and off the hook on standby, it lasted an hour before being dead.The original battery lasted 8 hrs talk time and at least 5 days on standby. Do not buy these. Maybe I did get 2 bad units for my two phones but it is not likely. I will not reorder to find out.

The price was good and it performs as expected. Honestly, I haven't exactly taxed it, but the battery pack appears to be the same size and voltage as the one it replaced. Before I replaced it, the phone was acting up and dying fairly quickly, and it's behaving itself, now. Shipping was fast and packaging was sufficient. I suspect that the manufacturer of my cordless phone may not have used a top-shelf brand for the battery, so this pack is probably better than the original.

Fixed up my old cordless phone

I have had my vtech phones for 6 yrs and for the past several the batteries would not hold a charge. I could not find a replacement in a store. I did find this same replacement battery through a different online company but it was much more expensive and I considered buying a new phone. I am very happy that I found these batteries on amazon. They work like they are supposed to work and I didnt have to buy a new phone!

My friend said his set of AT&T cordless phones were dying, and instead of buying new batteries, he opted to buy new phones for close to $100. I took his old sets of his hands and purchased these replacement batteries since the price was pretty much giving them away!After charging them over night, it fixed the "Searching for base" problem these phones had and now the phones can go all over the house and not drop signal like they used to.Definitely worth it!

Well, the reason for the purchase was that a well know electronic store charged$23.99 not including tax for the miniature battery. This was to replace the battery on a cordless telephone. The cordless telephone was less expensive than the battery. For the price and free shipping, it was worth the wait.

I wasn't sure at first simply because the battery pack was a different color than shown on amazon.com. However, after installing the pack it worked fine and has taken and held a charge like the phone did when it was brand new. Good deal, good price, works great.
