It fits that K&N filter just fine.
Does what it is supposed to do, no downside noted. That is all.

Keeps the water out!
Most importantly, with my setup; I’ve had issues with rainwater/floodwater splashing past fender liners. This pre-filter allows only air to pass through to my K&N. Overall, the filter charge stays much cleaner even with respect to dust. No bugs or debris get stuck in the pleats of the filter itself. This is a must have!
