Whether you're craving something savory, sweet, quick, very hearty or refreshing, you'll find it in Dine in Palestine.I've been following Heifa for a while now and have tried numerous recipes from her blog. All I'll say is, every single recipe did not disappoint, rather, it was devoured and enjoyed by anyone and everyone who ate it. This cookbook is very well written and the recipes are easy to follow. The little anecdotes that introduce each recipe bring the dish to life. Don't think twice before purchasing this for yourself, or as a gift. You won't regret it! Well done, Heifa, well done.

This book is a beautiful collection of recipes. It really comes across that Heifa’s cooking is a labour of love for her culture and heritage. I have made almost half of the recipes in the book now, and every single one has turned out brilliantly. I can’t wait for books 2, 3, 4 and the rest!

Highly recommended! The book has a lot of recipes and is detailed in a nice way. The recipes are not hard to make and are all delicious. I already cook many of those dishes and the recipes are matching the taste that I’m used to in Jordan. Palestinian cuisine has a lot of varieties and many vegetarian or vegan recipes

What a gem. Great detail and instruction for some of the most delicious recipes. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed cooking the Palestinian dishes. This should go mainstream
