This Tommee Tippee sleeptight portable blackout blind arrived folded in the handy storage/transportation bag.When folded the blind is of a portable size approx. 29 x 23 x 6cm, it is also light, so can be taken for holidays.Unfolded is of a generous size approx. 130 x 198cm, but can be adjusted via velcro and fitted to the smaller window. This blind can be made about 1/3 smaller.It looks the best in its full size, when made smaller it is still functional but the presentation is a bit compromised as it doesn't look very neat.Fabric looks and feels of a very good quality and completely blackouts the room, despite not being very thick.I have it in grey with white stars, lovely neutral colour combination and simple and stylish design. Will look nice in almost any interior.This curtain is easy and fast to mount on the stick and twist heavy duty suction cups, hovewer I found it a bit tricky when I've mounted it for the first time. Now I know how to do it, so it is fast and easy.It stays in place securely.Excellent as a temporary blind.There is no permanent fixing, or fixing which could damage the window surface.I found it easy to wash in the washing machine on a low temperature and it dried fast on the washing line outside.Clever and practical design for quick and stylish blackout of the window, pricey but of an excellent quality and if well look after it should last for long.

The blind does a really good job of blocking out light, although because the suction cups stick to the glass, you will find light seeps around the edge. Competitors have ones that use velcro to stick to the window frame, which gives a better light seal, but the set-up is more invasive. These suction cups are much better for traveling, but if it's for permanent home use, consider shopping around.All in all, the suction cups did the job, but I struggled to get the "simply stick and twist!" corner cups to hold fast, and found the ordinary cups did a better job. It has been up several days and hasn't started to slip, so it will easily hold for the duration of a holiday and I suspect will hold much much longer if needed.The blind is easily adjustable for smaller window sizes, as the whole blind has alternating hook and loop tapes that make it easy to fold to size. However, the blind is quite big and folds introduce more places for light to come through, so consider the size you need rather than automatically going for the biggest because it will be more versatile.All in all, this does the job well, is very portable and also looks good while up, which can't be said for some competitors, which have a "bin bag in the window" look to them. It took very little time to put up, so is a great option for nights away, no matter how short the trip.Pricing wise, it is more expensive and I have bought other blinds previously because I was put off by the cost. They did the job, but in hindsight, I wish I'd gone for this first time. It looks so much higher quality and was just so much easier to set up.

The over all product is fine, it's somewhat easy to put up, blocks out the light does what it should do! BUT I would say, don't waste you're money on the 'luxury' version of it. I brought the 'luxury' version and found the twist to stick suction cups a nightmare. I eneded up buying the regular version with only the normal suction cups and it was so much easier to put up and as long as you dampen the suction cups before placing them, I find they stick better then the twist to stick one's.The twist to stick one's would loose suction, fall down and then either a corner of the window is showing which defeats the purpose of the blind, or one of them will fall off and the rest of the suction cups then fall down and the whole window is uncovered then. NEVER a problem with the regular version with just standard suction cups.

This is a good thing. Useful for travelling overseas (especially if you’re going through time zones and affecting your little un’s regular sleep time) as well as to create a darker and more peaceful environment during the longer days of summer when persuading toddlers that they’re still supposed to be in bed even though it’s light can be hard.The blind is double-sided. On the reverse, outwards-facing side, this is a solid black blackout fabric. On the room-facing side, this is a light grey, soft-touch, microfibre fabric printed with white stars. The blind comes in a fabric storage bag made from a waterproof fabric printed in the same stars design as the front of the blind, though a few shades darker. The storage bag has snap fastenings and a carry handle. The outside of this is printed with instructions for fitting the blind.This is a good-sized blind. Long, and wide enough to cover a traditional 2-door set of French doors. It has suction cups, plastic twisting knobs, and Velcro patches around the edges for a stick and twist attach/release system. The suction cups are really, really effective. The purpose of the Velcro tabs wasn’t explained – but since they alternate hook and loop pieces along both sides, we think they’re to allow this to be left installed but folded up during the day, rather than needing to take it down every day to regain window access.

Blocks out some light but doesn't fit to the Dutch windows perfectly, I used to live in the UK so can see how this would work better on the windows there as the window frames are different.
