These are by far the best incontinent pads on the market. I have tried them all and these are great. Very comfortable and extremely absorbent, no leaks. I would highly recommend these pads to anyone. They maybe priced a little high but well worth the price. Do not hesitate to purchase. Additional review: This is a far superior had in anything that I ever use. If you're looking for quality then this is the pad for you. After using this pad I would not even think of using anything else

These are by far the softest and best pads I’ve ever used. I have sudden gushes and nothing worked until these. The only downside is the adhesive is terrible. The pads are curved and the elastic keeps them firmly in place and helps catch the big accidents but I think because of the curve they just come loose if you make it to the bathroom without an accident. Hard to get them to stay on after that.

Whatever genius made these pads should know that they have changed my life - truly. I can once again attend lengthy or far-away events like weddings or be at the hospital to wait during someone’s surgery. Not only do they hold a lot and rarely leak, they can withstand high volumes at flooding rates of speed. I tried every brand/no-name pad I could find across all price ranges. That’s how desperate I was due to severe incontinence. And thank you for not adding scent or other irritants. Less laundry is a big perk for my hubby and me, since we both have trouble at our age. I can stop hanging wet underwear to dry all over the bathroom and stop using towels to make a trail to the bathroom, to cover leaks on my bed, and to protect seating everywhere. Works well for me except that I experience leakage from the sides especially during sleep. Works better during the day for me. Holds a large amount of liquid. Not perfect but ok. Expensive in my opinion.

These pads work really well. They are very absorbent with minimal leaks. The main problem I have is how long they take to arrive. My first order was delivered within 2 days. My latest order is taking WEEKS to be delivered. I had one delivery date when I placed my order which was scheduled for a two week delivery. I then received a message that my order wouldn't be delivered for an additional three weeks. This is unacceptable!!!

Please bring these back. They were the best EVER made. Will never again buy the new version. Worst pads ever made.

As a person with an incontinence problem, I've been on a search for the best pad to protect from leakage. I've tried many different brands and have been disappointed many times. However, the Because Incontinence Pads for Women, are the ones I like best so far. These pads are softer and thicker than most others, consistently from top to bottom, and absorbency is best in the middle where you need it. It also has a light elastic around the edges, allowing it to slightly "cup" up, preventing leakage outside the edges. Some pads are very long, and if you only need the middle protection, the length is unnecessary and useless. These concentrate with more width and less length. So far these are my favorite. And did I mention how soft they are?

What's the surprise? These pads are well worth buying because THEY WORK just great - and are less money than the "name brand" ones. Really, when I take a chance on buying something 'less than', I figure it probably will be disappointing in at least one area. However, these pads are the total package: comfort, absorbance, odor guard, good size and fit, they stay put, and the price is usually a bit lower than the name brand ones. Very happy with my purchase and I have signed up for auto delivery.
