After looking through my bucket of bolts I decided to look in the packaging for the new length bolts. Sure enough, nicely packaged, perfect size and length bolts with nuts to complete the install. Super excited at increased structural strength to the frame. 👍👍

Does not fit 2002 XR100
Maybe I got the wrong part? This does not fit a 2002 XR100. It's about 2 inches too short to reach the frame near the suspension. This must be designed for an XR80 not a XR100....??Nicely built though...

Nice brace/skidplate.
Nice piece of hardware at a good price compared to other sellers. In general, it's probably over-priced and should be $75--$100 less than it is. But a lot of BBR hardware is $$. I couldn't find any other options for a better skid plate for an XR100 though. I had to slightly ream out one of the front bolt holes to get it to fit. It IS a tight squeeze. It is a nice piece, and is less expensive than smashing a hole in an engine case or cover on a rock.

A must for a honda xr100.
This thing saved my motor. If i hadnt put this on i definitely would have crushed the motor on a rock. Just buy it, dont risk damaging your motor. Easy install. The only complaint is that it “rings” a little, meaning the sound of the motor bounces off of it and makes a kind of ringing sound at a certain rpm. It could just be my bike though, its not that bad or a deal breaker and i havent seen anyone else mention this yet. Just buy it.

Had to use some elbow grease to get this thing on, but it fits my 2003 xr100 with no problems.Looks really clean on the bike, and now I don't worry when I huck it through some jumps.
