SpiderTech - Hamstring Spider - Precut Kinesiology Tape - Black

The SpiderTech really helped with my sons injury.

Not sure if this tape was installed correctly but I have used it in conjunction with the freeze Sleeve on my thigh in at attempt to help address a hamstring injury but haven’t seen any notable positive results after day 3

Have had a hamstring injury since July and began using these hamstring spiders in July. I like to walk every day and was finding it extremely difficult to go any distance. I used these (stayed on a few days) to help support the muscle and it did.I still use and like it very much. It does provide much needed support. I'm not walking more than a mile and then have to wheel it but, at least now, I can walk some.
