This is well built and is much sturdier than the plastic clips that came with the blinds. These blinds have five cords so it made it tough to get all five in but I got it. I had to trim the ends and make sure the knots were tight and small. This is the ideal size for up to three cords. Five can fit, you just have to force them in.

These sweet, tiny golden orbs have a surprisingly good weight and hand-feel. They have been the perfect solution to consolidating the multiple cords of our blinds into a simple pull, and add nicely to our midcentury modern vibe. My only complaint is that they are costly!

The quality of these was excellent BUT it is incredibly difficult to even get three lift lines into them. I am making Roman shades for 11 windows that have four lines each. I am very lucky to be married to such a handy man. My husband had to drill bigger holes in one end so I could get the cords through. Then even with incredibly tight knots to take up less space on the inside of the ball, it took a good five minutes to screw the things closed. Several are not screwed completely shut and I now have to figure out how to completely close them as I cannot do it with my hands.
