It works as printer ink
It works just as it should. No difference in print quality as compared to name brand ink and is a fraction of the cost. It seems to last longer than the name brand as well.

Cartridge is compatible with the HP ink cartridges I used to buy!! Smart Ink are cost effective and last just as long as HP ink. I have bought Smart Ink combo packs 4x and have had NO issues with print quality or printer performance.

Black ink cartridge has a little issue with HP Smartphoto 6520 printer but Great customer services
I had an issue with black cartridges not working but Alexa the Smart Ink customer service was quick to respond and help me troubleshoot my issue and then when trying a few things with my HP Smartphoto 6520 printer didn't work, she sent me new cartridges. I received it within two days I installed it trying to clean it 3 times still not working then I took it out and installed my old brand new cartridge that my printer used to working before I ordered this and trying to clean and print status report before I print it and it works fine then I took my old one out and trying to installed the new one I just received and it worked perfectly. I was extremely impressed with the service I received and will continue to purchase my ink from Smart Ink.

Only three pages per cartridge.
It's a waste of money. I am on my fourth cartridge out of the box. I have only gotten three pages per cartridge on the first three. Choose another brand.
