I was thrilled to find these. My mom had this type of cake pan when I was growing up. I didn’t think they made them anymore. They are fairly sturdy and cakes come out so easy. Of course I still grease and flour, but perfect everytime. And clean up is a breeze.

This product works very well, and makes releasing the cake from the pan a snap, however it could be a little better built. The arm is a little difficult to rotate because the handle is hard to grab. The rotating arm could fit a little more flush to the bottom of the pan.

The classic pan. My grandmother would make “ Sunday morning cake “ with this pan style.One can still use a parchment disk round insert liner but the arm on the pan bottom allows for easy release of the cake after rotating the arm around the pan after cake has cooled. Parchment inserts can be cut to s form if you do boy have any on hand. I prefer that to non stick pan for certain cakes. To each their own.

The quick release made the cake not stable during leveling, stacking and decorating. I tossed them the first day because trying to refund them sounded like a bigger hassle.

Works just like the old ones... I love them!! So happy I found them, I thought they had quit making them when I saw them on sale at another site for $25.00 No thank you!

I totally enjoy these cake pans. My grandmother used the same style and the ease of getting the cake out of the pan and onto the cake plate cannot be duplicated. Certainly I can recommend this cake pan.
