Sturdy, stylish, and powerful
I very much like how this looks--it fits into just about any decoration scheme, without being over-the-top. The spray feature works even when the water pressure is very low, so I can clean out between the sink and the counter in my under-the-counter mounted sink without spraying water all over the kitchen. The water hits where you want it to in the sink--close to the drain so you don't splash yourself--but the pull out allows you to target the full sink (or beyond). The finish goes very well with my other stainless steel appliances, and also goes well with the brushed nickel knobs and pulls. I enjoy being able to fill pots faster by pushing a button. The only learning curve for me is getting used to the spray vs. stream setting remaining on after you stop the water. I've sprayed a few things inadvertently, when I meant for the water to stream. But that is easy to get used to. Finally, I like the company. I recently had a very old Kohler bathroom sink leak--and the company sent me the parts I needed to replace, without charge. Good produce, good service.

boss faucet
I ended up not keeping this faucet because it wasn't a perfect fit for our kitchen but it was really difficult to return. This faucet is magnificent. The materials are gorgeous and the construction is extremely heavy duty. I've used a lot of Kohler faucets and in my experience they've all had the highest construction quality and finishes. This faucet is absolutely huge. Make sure to measure. We were replacing a quite large Grohe goose neck faucet and this unit towered over it by another 6+ inches.I like that the hot/cold water angle doesn't go back far so you can put this right up against a backsplash.

Spout reach too short
First of all, I really like the look of this faucet, especially the lever, making it quite stylish. The sensor works every single time, unlike the touch sensor one I got earlier that was really glitchy. Now comes the cons:1. The spray head not only reaches short, but shoots straight down (unlike the most others that point outwards). The consequence is, water barely hits edge of the sink. I've found most of Kohler line has rather short reach except Graze, which has extra wide reach (if not too wide). We found a way around it, to pull out the head and point it outside. It solves the problem, but the faucet looks ugly.2. Water flow is a bit slow. The faucet is rated as 1.7 GPM (as compared to Simplice, which has 2.2 GPM). It feels slower than the Delta we replaced.3. The smart function never worked. I've paired it with my router several times. The faucet says it's been paired, but I can't see it in the APP. I finally gave up on it.I had to return it after two weeks of trying, because of the short spout reach that my wife can't put up with. We've got a Simplice, which still has shorter reach than other brands. I had to switch the holes to make it work.

Nice unit, but TERRIBLE directions
#1 Instructions tell you for a 3 hole sink to "discard the circular foam" in the putty plate, but it's not circular, it is glued in with adhesive, so I am thinking this can't be correct, where is it? Well after prying the foam out of the plate I see the adhesive wasn't strong, but why use the word "discard" instead of "remove attached foam from putty plate." #2 The spout came already inserted in the faucet, but instructions say, "Insert faucet (into the sink hole)" and next, "install and align the spout." It came inserted. Should I remove it from the faucet, insert the faucet, then re-install the spout? Who knows. #3 "Slide the weight over the sprayhead hose and use the zip tie to hold it in place". Wrong. Too small of a hole to slide it, you have to disassemble the weight, THEN place it on the hose, and screw it together. No zip tie was included, and it was difficult as hell to get the screws aligned.Oh and I left a review on the Kohler web site and they deleted it.

Spray head is plastic NOT metal
Purchased this after reading on Kohler's website that this faucet is 'All metal construction'. The spray head is NOT metal, it feels like a toy and is obviously plastic with a fake metal finish.

Love this faucet
I was a little put off by the price but once it came and was installed I totally changed my mind. It’s stylish, functional and everything we wanted it to be.

So. Many. Problems.
Where to start? First, the installation of the control box was way too difficult and restrictive. There is essentially one place under the sink where it will mount and not cause issues. For over $700 Kohler should have provided long enough wires/cables/hoses to mount the box in more flexible places. Second, the stupid app doesn't connect to WiFi. I'm an IT Director with a smart home with over 100 smart devices connected, so I know of what I speak. This thing has garbage software. The pull out hose is a joke. Due to the way the control box has to be mounted the hose doesn't go back in easily, and won't go back in at all unless you turn off the water. Finally, using the motion sensor technology causes the faucet to drip or even continue running a small stream more often than not. I've processed my return with Amazon, and I'm replacing it with another brand. Starts with M and ends with OEN. Just stay away.

Beautiful!
Love this faucet. It’s so beautiful and well made. Looks great with my newly painted white cabinets.
