Easy to use the chopper and to clean the blade. Already I used pegion chopper and was poor quality. The fiber was broken so fast and the vegetable parts get inside the middle part of the blade and was difficult to clean. But in this chopper the middle part of the blade, both sides are open so that no vegetable parts stucks inside an can wash easily. Although as it is stainless steel it is very durable and the quality of the steel is also very good. Highly recommended...

The string has a broken plastic part. The quality of plastic seems to have degraded over the years. I'm an existing customer and disappointing to see deteriorated quality. Let's see what the replacement product is like! I'm a loyal customer hence asked for a replacement and not a refund. The quality of steel is fabulous but the plastic lid needs to be of a much much better quality.

Stainless steel body is sturdy and super functional. It stays in place while chopping. It even comes with a lid to store the leftovers. Chopping up onions have been a breeze. My eyes thanks this product 😌 Since i got this i have been using it to meal prep. This is AWESOME. I love it ❤️ Makes my kitchen chores so easy. This is so much better than the plastic ones. In the picture, i have chopped carrots, onions, beans, and capsicum.

The lid does not fit properly on the container. It does not lock well The container is also very wide so the blades do not reach well and hence chopping is difficult for less quantity Medium quantity vegetables can be chopped very well The pull string is also very delicate

I bought this to switch from plastic choppers to a steel chopper. I am very satisfied with this product from Falcon, it has been very useful for me in the kitchen for chopping onions. It helped me to make my cooking much faster. I recommend this product to anyone looking for steel choppers. Falcon customer service is also very good. When I had trouble with the lid they helped me fix it and use the product in shorter time.

Chopper works well, I just wish it came with other attachments for buttermilk/ salad cleaner etc. Easy to clean.
