Brilliant piece of kit!
Littmann (as I'm sure anyone shopping around for stethoscopes) is a recognised, trusted, quality brand which this stethoscope gracefully continues. The 'sleek' and 'sharp' design of the stethoscope makes it stand out and the sound quality is fantastic! The ear pieces fit snugly (not uncomfortably) in the ears which makes listening to anything allot easier!The size of the tubing is long enough so you don't have to put your back out by leaning over a patient and the length of the tubing also allows it to sit comfortably around your neck or in a holster! Perfect from Nurses to Physios. Qualified and Training Medics combined!If you invest a little you get allot more! (acoustics is just the start of it!)5* for the great product and arriving early to!! ;)

Excellent performance and cosmetics
Just tried this today, and not had any initial problems. I was able to hear loudly and clearly, and have no complaints. Cosmetically it looks fantastic, the lemon/lime color was well worth the extra £15 as well. Other people have complained about volume issues, remember this comes with two modes which are switched between by turning the tube, I can only assume this is what was causing their problems as I have had no issues what so ever.

Good basic model
Arrived unpackaged-label stuck to box of stethoscope. Two small bits of sellotape holding lid on-not really what I would call secure packaging as spare ear pieces had almost fallen out of box. Stethoscope itself -good basic model and does what I need it to do. If you're a nurse/doctor working in cardiology you will need to pay more for your stethoscope

this item was delivered exactly the day it said in a perfect condition. i allready tested it to my patients and its acoustic is very good. it came with its original case. very good price compared to the stores, and its all black edition is very stylish. i highly recomend it

Absolutely perfect
The stethoscope arrived much earlier than expected which was a great surprise. I am a student children's nurse, and I wanted my own stethoscope as the one's that I have used in the past were not so great. This is absolutely perfect for what I need and is so clear to hear. I love the colour and I am so happy I ordered it from here rather than direct from the website :)

Faulty product - hopefully just a one off
Sadly my product was faulty. The small bell worked beautifully, but no sound could be heard from the large bell.Fortunately the steph comes with 3 years warranty and the call center helpline was friendly and efficient, however I'm still waiting to hear if it is fixable.I received the steph in a timely manner and if the large bell produces sound like the small bell does, then I'll be very happy with the product and possibly give it a 4-4 1/2 star rating.

Excellent Purchase!
A superbly engineered product, comfortable on the ears and a pleasure to use. With excellent audio quality, the tunable diaphragm and simple twist indexing to the bell mode make it a first class product. I was amazed at the clarity of sound and high sensitivity. A perfect tool for respiratory auscultation.
