Had never used a hamburger mold before. I used this right after it came and it worked so nice. Burgers stayed in one piece when I fried them. If you have trouble getting patty out of the mold, run a butter knife around the mold to loosen sides of patty

For $9.99, this burger-presser can definitely make homemade patties less of a struggle! Its cold and tough aluminum molding is crafted very professionally; and it has a comfortable, ergonomic handle.The wax papers that come with this product are also nice to have for barbecue party plans, too.
