Installed on 04 Harley Heritage Softail
Installed this stereo specifically to play music by Bluetooth from my phone in the fairing of my Harley I also installed a waterproof cover over the radio It operates great and is plenty loud through 2-6x9 speakers also in the fairing Good Job 👍

Great radio, wiring connectors and head unit have poor locking mechanisms.
Installed in our boat on 2/25/2026. FM reception and sound are good. I'm going to like it. On the down side are 2 issues of which to be aware and prepared to address. (1) the power and speaker connectors. The locking tabs are difficult to engage and I am uncertain if they will stay engaged. (2) the radio head unit has even poorer locking brackets than the connectors. On each side of the radio are locking brackets which have keys that release the radio to be pulled from the dash. Forward extraction and locking work well. Unfortunately the locking brackets do not engage properly allowing the radio to fall rearward without bracket key use. I'm not certain if the design engineer intended the brackets to secure the radio in both forward and rear movement, but what actually happens is a thin plastic trim piece keeps the radio from falling into the dash rearward and I believe this will be insufficient long term. My solution was the use of a piece of aluminum strapping screwing it to the rear of the head unit to better secure the radio. Only time will tell if we have an issue.

Finally Escaped the FM Radio Static Era
My boat stereo situation was stuck somewhere around 2003, and I was tired of pretending that FM radio static was "ambiance." Needed Bluetooth. Needed it desperately. This thing installed easier than I expected—basically plug and play, which is a miracle because boat projects usually involve at least one existential crisis and a trip to the marine store for a part you didn't know existed. The Bluetooth connection is the real MVP here. Now we can blast our questionable playlist choices without fumbling with aux cords or sacrificing our phones to the marine gods. Hands-free calling while cruising? Chef's kiss. It's like suddenly remembering that modern conveniences exist. Sound quality is solid for what it is—this isn't an audiophile setup, it's a boat stereo that needs to compete with wind, waves, and the general chaos of being on the water. It does that job admirably. My boat is no longer a floating time capsule of outdated technology, and honestly, that feels like a win. Would recommend to anyone still living in the AM/FM dark ages

It sucks.
two things bad. 1. the Bluetooth volume sucks compared the the radio volume. The Bluetooth volume is about 1/4 the power of the radio so if your listening to music or a podcast through your phone and then switch to the radio you will get blasted by the radio if you don't adjust the volume down first.. That's the least of your worries. #2 the biggest problem is that this really just doesn't work. There is no power at all going to the rear speakers. Like none. Fader to the front and i get ok sound, fader to the rear, I get silence. Thought it might be a wiring problem, kind of weird because it worked with the last stereo so i tested it right from the back of the stereo and nada. #rd kind of problem was that the Bluetooth would cut in and out frequently. Overall it sucks, wouldn't recommend.

Powerful little head unit!
Cheapest stereo with the features I wanted. Compact, weather resistant and high output. Im driving two marine speakers off it bridged, with no amp and it pounds!

It's a cheap radio
Nothing special but it works. Looks like the "marine" rating is from the back being wrapped in black tape stuff. Connects to phone easy and works.

This little headset has great power and clear sound, looks modern and added bling to my boat dash, unbelievable that you can buy something this good for such a low price

I could complain about the user interface on this thing and how you cannot get it to default to showing the clock, the spectrum display is not synchronized to the music, the bluetooth display provides no information. But really, this thing is cheap and it plays music. The sound quality is as mediocre as you'd expect for anything in this price range.
