Perfect Herman Miller Aeron fit
Just what I needed for my Herman Miller Aeron size B office chair

Not as long lasting as i hoped for.
The part looks good and the chair feels better. The installation was easy and the part fit right into place. However, after about 45 days of use, the part keeps popping out of the mount. The retention mounts needs to be improved for better quality.

Works as advertised. Lubricate as needed.
Provides a moderate level of adjustable lumbar support that is a good option on Amazon for the Aeron classic chairs. You slip the piece into the grooves on the side of the chair and adjust it to the height you prefer. The other reviews mentioned the lumbar pad was popping out under use. To mitigate this issue, lubricate and clean the grooves as well as the C hook of the lumbar pad to allow the hook to move freely, otherwise it will eventually pop out and cause damage to the sides.

Popped out of the slot.
It's popped out of the slots a couple of times....the original was a bit 'grippier'.

Pops off after 7 sittings
Every time I sit back I feel it work its way upwards a tiny bit. After sitting back about 7 times it pops off one side or the other. It's too bad, I like the idea of the design where it's a collection of 3/4 rings, almost like a comb binding notebook, rather than the original molded 360 degree closed loop connection. But it doesn't work.

If you set this up on the higher side it will pop off. push it lower and it stays fine.

Product is OK but it sometimes pops out from the tracks so the fit is not good. When it stays in place it works well.

Bending and flying away when got some pressure
After two months of usage the connection points are bending and flying away when you sit. I bought this by thinking Amazon is the seller but it is not different from the ones cheap fakes

Just pops off the rails immediately
This worked for about a day, but since then it's been unusable as the clips don't hold it on to the rail. When I lean back it just pops off and falls on the floor.
