This has been a helpful tool this year for my 8-year-old. There is enough space for her to write a good amount and she loves the picture prompts to help get her creative mind going.

My child HATES writing and this has been very helpful.However the quality of the illustrations is mixed. Some are detailed and lovely to cover. Others are terrible and a waste of a page in the book so no use in encouraging a child to write.

Writing book with drawing and colouring parts. Suitable for K-G3 kids. Easy to finish.

I bought this as a gift for my seven-year-old granddaughter who’s been learning to read and writing stories. Each page offers a different prompt. And sometimes we FaceTime and she shares with me the stories that she’s been writing. So I think it’s very good for that purpose. She seems to enjoy it. I recommend it.
