I gave portability 4 stars because this thing is a monster. So far we have cooked hamburgers on it, It will cook enough for a large party We also cooked breakfast for 6 on it which was 18 scrambled eggs, 12 pancakes and 12 pieces of sausage along with a pile of hashbrowns at the same time. The burners are well spaced to provide the heat surprisingly even, but there is no way they could provide exact even heat on the entire grill top. I would suggest a gun type thermometer to calculate the heat surface. Would I buy this again? In a heart beat, I just love this grill. One other thing I find lacking, the legs should be made so a person can level it with adjustments. They are to a point by the bolts attaching the wheels.

I have so many outdoor cooking apparatuses and I was nervous about cooking on a new type of device but this is great.I was able to cook brunch for my whole family all at once and I didn’t burn anything. The edges don’t quite get hot so I was able to stock items that cooked a little faster and clean up is a breeze. It’s heavy so it seems sturdy and I bought all of the accessories and cover to leave it outside. So far I absolutely love it!

We have always wanted a girdle and hated using our glass cooktop inside. We have a very large family and have always wanted something like this. We cook on in multiple times a day. Breakfast French toast or pancakes went from an hour to 15 minutes. The same the same thing for most every meal; quesadillas, burgers, chicken, steak, with vegetables at the same time! Clean up is super easy compared to pots and pans. Also what we tend to do is have the left two on high, the third one on low and the 4th one off. The right side gets plenty hot because of the cast iron top to keep cooked food warm while cooking other parts which was always a challenge without this. We have had this girdle for about two months and it is rocking and rolling. I was able to mostly put it together myself in about an hour. Very happy with it.

It’s nice having the flat grill surface after years of having to clean the grates on our other BBQ’s. Also nice because you can cook things like fish without having to put them in foil or worrying they will fall through the grill. We love it!

Love the Blackstone!! I wish that ALL of the wheels swiveled. It makes it hard to move easily.

We bought this for our houseboat and struggle a little with Lake Powell wind, but when it isn't windy, it is AWESOME!

My son and grandson fight over who is going to cook. This was a gift and has been enjoyed by all.
