I have dealt with pain at the ball of my foot with a joint is to my big toe and tried these last night during bowling league and it definitely provided the comfort and cushion to absorb the shock that I needed. I definitely recommended as if you were dealing with the same thing.

I expected more. Since it said it's for plantar fasciitis and I had it so bad in my foot. These didn't help any.

The NEENCA Professional Plantar Fasciitis Shoe Insoles fit well in my sneakers and were comfortable from the first time I wore them. I have a combination of issues with my feet and this is the first Insole that has reduced my foot pain. I have Plantar Fasciitis and fallen arches in both feet but I also have Neuropathy so the Insoles with the very firm arch support are just too painful. The arch support on this pair has a good amount of flexibility to it so that it moves slightly with your foot as you walk but still offers enough support to improve stability. I would have liked there to be a bit more cushion in the heel but overall I am really happy with this product. For anyone who's looking for insoles with a lower arch, give these a try. I think you'll be happy with your purchase.

If you have high arches like I do this is NOT for you! These have very little arch support. I wish they were required to have measurement of arch support height in the description. It would save me time and aggravation of having to return them.

I double this up with a foam insert under it. I can get in a couple days without wearing my orthotics.

I was hoping for a softer gel like feeling. It’s not very comfortable.

got to use in pair of dress shoe, worked wonders for comfort.
