Order this battery hoping for the best after reading some of the reviews. Received the battery tried to charge and found the battery would not take a charge. After looking closely I notice the packaging was not correct I think someone purchased the item and returned a old defective item in it's place. Returned to Amazon asked for a replacement . Received the replacement battery, charged to till full cycle . Used it and it worked great lasted for my entire yard for both trimming and using the blower on the same charge. I have 600 ft of fence line and 150 ft of driveway. I'm very impressed so far. battery charge life is great. Will purchase again.

I bought two of these 3.0 amp to supplement a KOBALT 2.0 amp that came with my leaf blower. Was surprised to see that the run time was the same as the Kobalt 2.0 amp. Then, after only 9 months, each of this 3.0 amp battery failed completely! They won't run the leaf blower, and they won't take a charge! When I plug them into my Kobalt charger, the red light comes on, indicating a bad battery. The purchase price was cheaper, but this battery is JUNK! DON'T BUY THIS!!

First one ordered didn’t charge ! They contacted me and sent a replacement immediately, no questions asked ! Great service !! Second battery working great !!

I ordered this battery to use with an 80V Kobalt line trimmer. The first battery that I received had no charge. The positive terminal was damaged and deformed. The battery could not be charged. I asked for a replacement. The replacement battery came with a partial charge and it was able to be charged on our Kobalt charger. The battery works in the line trimmer for about 45 minutes of heavy use. This performance is what I was hoping for when I ordered it.

Actually, much better than the original for my old 80V Kobalt weed trimmer. Charges quickly, has a longer lasting charge, inserts and ejects much better than the original! I will likely buy another one soon as a backup as clean-up season wiil soon begin soon in the deep south.

Item arrived in a timely manner, well packaged, and intact. I needed a second battery for my Kobalt Blower so that I wouldn't have to wait for the battery to charge the after the power runs out. It take anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes for a battery to charge. With the second battery, I can keep the spare battery charged while using the blower. Once the battery power is depleted, I just switch the battery and charge the depleted one. This saves me time and let's me continue to work in the yard!

I got the battery and fully charged it before using. After about five minutes of using it the battery was down to 50% charge

Short run time with battery. I was expecting it to run longer .
