Only one pass and far less likely to snag with proper heat protection. Purchased this to replace my HSI flat iron which had chipped. Great alternative, was able to safely use on my 3C hair on the 7-9 setting and finish styling in almost half the time of my previous iron with lasting results. Barrel doesn't get too hot to handle safely.

I love this flat iron and how easily it glides through my hair, leaves it silky and makes short work of getting my straight. However, I'm upset that in less than three months, I'm experiences issues with the power cord. Every time I go to use the flat iron, I must fiddle with the where the power cord swivels and goes into the iron in order to get it to turn on. Obviously, there is a quality issue with how the power cord attaches to the iron and the swivel portion of the cord. Possibly a weak wire connection. It's a premium price for a flat iron that frustrates me every time I try to turn it on. I'd give it a five star rating were it not for this issue.

This is my 3rd T3 product and I am in love. I can do my hair so much faster and I can set the heat without causing damage. Highly recommend.

This is a great straightener. This is my second purchase because I stepped on my first one and broke it. Other straighteners I've had I've had to make multiple passes, but this one my hair is straight with one run through. It does a decent job at curling my hair too, but I haven't become an expert so it looks weird.
