The bill part is soft
The visor/bill part is soft not recommended.

I’ll rate this hat a 5 based on appearance, shipping time, and quality. It ended up being too small for my husband’s head. I was hoping the adjustable back would solve that problem, which is no fault of the company. Looked exactly as pictured.
