Ancient Bliss Quercetin with Bromelain

I take this along with other vitamins/minerals to promote health as I’m aging. So far at 77, no diagnoses or prescriptions. No colds, so I think the bromelain is helpful. I will continue m supplement regimen.

A good product from a trusted brand.

As someone above said I don’t usually write reviews but I saw this supplement on Instagram and thought I’d give it a try. With the chemicals in most of our western medicine and products I decided to give something natural a try. This has been amazing for me I ordered this two weeks ago and me being vegan I can instantly tell if somethings organic or altered. My enerfy has went through the rough, I’m pretty energetic already because I take very good care of my body so when I add something I usually can tell if my body likes it or not. My body loves it. Stable mood which I think means my blood is flowing and circulating at a higher rate. Again I never do reviews but ladies and gentlemen I’m impressed which isn’t something easily obtainable. I’m thinking about doing the gut health one next. Beautiful brand quality product. I’d say give it a try you won’t be disappointed. I've tried quercetin (w/bromelain) after my naturopath highly recommended it to me back in 2018 when I was struggling w/constant allergic reactions from random things. I have MCAS so I basically have generalized allergies. I was never keen on going along w/just one brand loyalty because it all seemed the same, so I just went with the cheapest. I thought maybe it just wasn't working as strongly. The last vitamin brand of quercetin I tried was ForestLead (90 caps, for more $ than AncientBliss). My allergies have gotten better (no swollen eyes esp in AM, no mucus, & minimal dermatitis). I saw benefits in ~1 week & I've been taking for well over a month. Def staying w/this one!

I got this package really fast ! So I eagerly couldn’t wait to try the Quercetin , I wasn’t sure if it was going to work but I was looking for a natural remedy to help with my bad allergies ! I’m stuck to using Claritin and Allegra to rescue me from my sneeze attacks .. I can admit just taking these alone I feel less prone to grab my Claritin or Allegra ! It’s super easy to swallow , and nun of that like acidic kick back .. I feel really balanced in my overall health ! I feel much more motivated especially taking quercetin twice a day ! I think it has benefits for my liver but I also purchased the “liver love” that this brand carries for its detoxing benefits. I like to detox frequently , but it’s really good to cleanse your liver regularly i hear . The two together has helped regulate my bowels a ton. I feel a host of energy and just a overall lightness . Now if only I could get my diet together ;) But overall I’m very pleased ! Be sure to get the liver love, there’s a few more that they have that I haven’t tried yet but I surely will!

Wow, if you check my account history you can probably see that I rarely write reviews and if I do it’s only for products I feel strongly about. I have never been a huge supplement or vitamin user, nothing against them! Just was never educated on the benefits. I had a doctor recently recommended me to look into Quercetin to help with inflammation from chronic interstitial cystitis. I was skeptical but I decided to go with ancient bliss based on the cute packaging and price point alone, and to say I’m glad I did is an understatement. By my second week of regularly taking this supplement my flare ups were greatly reduced in severity, and my energy levels have never been higher as well. I’m glad this skeptic was able to try something out of my comfort zone because it certainly paid off. I can’t recommend enough to anyone dealing with inflammation to give this brand a shot! Definitely a customer for life! :)
