I only buy from this place because all the other ones I have purchased have a horrible odor. These do not. They work fantastic. My cat doesn’t even go near them. I can relax and not worry about the cords being chewed. Good quality.

My barely 1 year old cat loves the texture of thin charging cords and has gifted me with suddenly interrupted calls from severed headset cords, eaten charging cords and more. I bought this product once to try and it worked so well I bought three more packages. Now every chewable cord is covered. He can still get his mouth around it, but it is less fun and more work now so my cords are safe! The product is easy to use, not overly bulky, and perfect for the thin cords used for wires on desktop speakers, headsets, phone chargers and more. I rarely write reviews, but this product has saved me a lot of money.....after I spent money replacing products because my cat thought cords were chew toys! Thank you, PetCords!

Get the job done, but we had to secure it with electrical tape. It went on the cord pretty easily, but we found it shifted and popped off the ends when it got moved. Since we put this on a laptop charger, being able to be moved is pretty important. We wrapped the ends in electrical tape to secure it to the actual cord and had no more issues. Other than that, it’s been great at protecting my charger from kitty chomps.

The product works fine however it’s a few inches shorter than 6ft. Had enough to cover my charger but the rest would have left a few inches uncovered if we used it on another. For the money you don’t get very much out of it. Next time I’ll try the one that’s 10ft for the same price.

Works great and no smell like others. It was very tight to get the cords in I had to use a screwdriver to separate it, but i guess thats a good thing. It didnt gap either. I still put zip ties to be sure no gaps. I really like it. I will order more.

I have young kittens and a visiting pup. I know from the vet that mouth burns are very serious and painful when a pet bites a plugged in electrical cord. This product goes onto cords to prevent pets from biting through. I am glad to know my pets are now safe!

My puppy chews throw my charging cords. Bought this to stop him even for a day. But like most things it lasted all of 5 minutes and he got a hold of it and chewed it to pieces. Might slow a cat or small dog but not anything over 15 pounds and definitely not worth a second purchase to replace.

Works well for anyone with a chewer, has protected my cables thus far. Would recommend.

I don't like the price. It was more expensive for me to buy 6 feet of small cable than it was to buy 20 feet of the XL cable. Otherwise it is a good product

bought it for the cat water fountain cord after reading a previous review and I'm so glad I did - it did the job perfectly well and solved a big problem of how to leave the cat unsupervised with the water fountain after we discovered the cord had teeth marks on it after just a few days. The addi benefit is that it made the cord heavier so it moves less - making the cat less tempted to bite into it in the fi place.

Our cats chewed through so many charging cables we were having to replace them all the time. This is simple but completely effective. I even found my cat attempting to chew it but he just couldn’t get his teeth round it! Our cables are now 100% protected. If you cut it in half it will do 2 standard charging cables. At first I thought it was pretty expensive for what is essentially just a bit of plastic tubing but actually when I think what it’s saved me in terms of replacement cables, it’s definitely worth it.
