I travel for a living, for what that's worth, and often spend 24+ hours in the air so will always nod off at some point. This neck pillow is very nice for neck support and is pretty comfortable. It comes with a carrying case which is nice - I use a carabiner to clip it to my backpack, which is handy. All in all a good product. The 4 stars is because of the size/bulk.

So, all you small neck people... this pillow is for you. I used this on the plane this last weekend and I slept like a baby. Being able to tighten it so my neck is actually supported is a total game changer! I slept for 2 hours straight on a plane which never happens. Love this neck pillow and love how you can customize it to finally fit small necks!! Would totally buy again!!!

I like it in every way but the Velcro connector is coming up and I just bought this not too long ago. I like the shape and feel of the neck support but the other features are starting to annoy me. The Velcro also does as Velcro does and makes a loud noise. I should mention I use this for sleep.

This is great. Holds your head in place and it doesn't fall forward. It can feel a little uncomfortable around your neck, like choking, but wasn't that bad. You can adjust it with velcro strap. Also, don't forget to take off the cover that is over the velcro part. I thought it was defective, but figured it out. You need to put that back on when not using to help keep the velcro clean so it sticks properly. I thought worth the money.

This style works great for me. I can wrap it around my neck so that my head is held stable, and my chin does not drop open when I drift off to sleep. The snugness is easily adjustable for different neck sizes. It is thick and comfortable so that my head remains upright. Very nice!

Had to pull it tight to sit firm under my chin, to keep it upright. This made it uncomfortable at times. It was great for resting my head side to side though. Quality was great. Size was good. Firmness was good. Value was good as well. Cooking effect was not because I got hot.

With an international flight coming up later this year my husband and I are are looking for anything to make the long ride in coach a little better. Have only used an airline traveler pillow once a long time ago and did recall that if you have a tendency to lean your neck forward, it did not offer a lot of support. We thought we would give this a try on a short domestic trip before the long international one as it looked very supportive. The advertising about being very supportive is correct - it supports your neck very well, however it is so firm and bulky once wrapped around your neck that it pushed our heads and upper back away from the airline seat so much that it was not comfortable to sit. We tried for a little while but my husband started to get back pain from the position and the uncomfortable nature of the position did not allow me to rest, which was the whole point. On another note, I have wireless, noise cancelling headphones which I use all the time on flights. This pillow comes so far up on your neck that I could not fit my headphones on over my ears with the pillow on, so that was another negative. Going to try a different type of pillow, hopefully something else works better.
