Works good

The product gets the job done. It nicely shreds chicken. It's easy to use. It does feel a bit on the non-durable side. It also feels like over time the product might get to a point where it's too difficult to clean and might just need replacing. I think this one should last a few years though and be good enough.

Didn’t give it 5 stars because it does shift more than I would like when I use it, but it’s not a deal breaker.

Great purchase

I Really, Really wanted to like this product, for it to be the newest gadget in my kitchen. But, I ended up returning it to Amazon because, while it does a great job on 2/3 or so of the meat, the rest of the meat gets stuck in between the shredders and has to be picked out and then either you try and with partial success or you hand shred it. So, you end up saving no time with this product. Sorry, it’s not worth the money and extra space it takes up in my kitchen.

This type of technology (at a much smaller scale) works great for grinding down your favorite marijuana strain (according to a friend 👀), but the design is next to useless for shredding meat. For starters, there is no way to attach the base down to the counter, so it slides around which prevents it from working as described. Also, the knobs that you rotate like a steering wheel, are too close to the part that covers the meat, so your hands will drag against the cover or the counter depending on how you’re using it. Also.. it doesn’t shred the meat (even when it’s fresh out of the oven or finished being steamed) as advertised. In order to shred the chicken or other meat, it requires one person to attempt to hold down the base and another to try to rotate the knobs .. just a mess.Lastly, the plastic blades on extremely sharp (great for cutting and dangerous for drying after washing).The designers of this need to go back to the drawing board and work on the usability of this product before it’ll be useful to anyone.

My dog gets boiled chicken and rice for dinner. I like to boil and freeze the chicken and rice a month in advance. Shredding the chicken makes it easier to reheat later. Shredding 10 pounds of chicken use to take a long time and my hands would cramp up. Even with those worthless meat claws. This awesome device is extremely quick and easy to use. I can now shred about 10 pounds of chicken in about 5 minutes. This has significantly reduced my monthly meal prep time. And cleaning it is really easy. Just rinse it out and throw it in the dish washer.

Shredding meat is a breeze with this - just turn the handle and it will shred the meat.Great dispatch time too

Great for shredding chicken. A few twists gets you started, then use a fork to move the partial shredded chicken, replace lid, a few more twists, repeat one more time and done. Takes less than a minute. Yes, it's a bit fiddly to get the shredded chicken out as the plastic blades are very sharp but a fork will get it done quickly. Clean up is easy. Overall, I love this product, would recommend it.

Didn't receive item as advertised smaller and doesn't rotate even if nothing is in it, the spikes inside are all bent off when item was delivered.
