They hold up well and look good too
I really like the fit and look of these muscle shirts. Can be a bit of a hassle to strip it off after a good workout session and a good pump but let's face it, that's a nice problem to have. I like these so much I bought the same shirt in charcoal, navy, and black. The medium is a nice snug fit, a little more close than other mediums on me.

It's value
My first time wearing. It's a little big but no shirts of the same size seem to feet me the same. Good quality, price was right, and arrived on time. I haven't washed so I don't know about the shrinkage yet.
