TUMI refused to print my initials on the monogram claiming the bag is FAKE! Although I registered it on TUMI tracking web site to prove authenticity!!It seems TUMI is trying to PUNISH buyers who purchase their bags from Amazon (not directly from their stores)! It is shame!!
