Works good after redrilling hole for less tension.
This thing works great. Although I do agree with it's alot of tension to pull it up fully. I took it apart and drilled anther hole slightly clocked one way to reduce tension but keep light on all the way down. After reclocking spring and easy setup, this works great I've been getting very nice grouping and this is nice metal but the ring has a rubber coating that wears kinda funny. Inexpensive and works great.

Works well. no instructions.
I put it on an older Bear whitetail bow, works great. There are no instructions so I can tell you how I did it. I aligned the rest with the string, then brought the rest to full draw and used an arrow to level it. I clamped the anchoring block about 3 inches down from the D loop with the actuator string inside the block, pulled the bow back to full draw, then slowly let the pressure off the bow string. There was about an inch of string hanging out, so I tied a knot at that point. At full draw the rest is almost at the 12 O'clock position, where it should be. I hope this helps.

Works well
Bought this to setup a bow for a friend with limited funds. Setup is just like any other cable style drop away (it is after all a Trophy Taker clone) and function is good as well. I would normally buy American made, but if you have limited funds as my friend did this will suffice. It has been used for a full season so far (3D and hunting) without any issues.

Value is amazing
This product is exactly what i was looking for for 20 dollars!! Im a real person from the US I promise and this is seriously amazing for 20 dollars it is full metal and rubber but have seen others at 80 dollars for the same thing and I think this is identical to them. I honestly don’t know how they are selling it for so cheap. I cant even go to Mcdonald’s with my son for 20 dollars!! Shoots very straight and consistent at 35+ yards, did nit have any other reviews which is why I am reviewing! Seriously great product and makes my single cam bow shoot a ton faster and flatter than the original whisker biscuit. This is seriously a great cheap product! Did not come with additional felt for it but for 20 dollars I can make my own if it falls off lol. All around good product if your looking at it just buy it skip McDonalds for a week and itle pay for it! lol

Concerned
Just received the product and noticed the pkg and the rest itself has been installed. So I'm concerned if there was something wrong with it and it was returned. I'll leave another review once I install and give it a try.

Pretty good
My arrow gets a little wobbly whenever I have my bow drawed back but that also could just be me, other then that, it’s great

Not a good rest
This is not a good rest and I would not recommend it. It is a string actuated rest, but the tension required to get the flap to stay fully up is too large. No matter what I tried, the actuation string slides up and down my bow string, and therefore the rest height was not consistent. It worked for maybe the first 30 arrows, but then I started noticing inconsistencies in my shots, and when I looked at it sure enough the actuation string had slid up so the rest wasn’t fully popped up at full draw. I could actually visibly notice it moving down at each draw. I had the rest installed by my local pro shop They threaded the actuation string in between the strands of my bow string and then locked it into place with some serving string and series of half hitches on either side. I think it’s just the design of this rest that it requires a looot force to have the flap fully up, and I don’t know how you would attach it to your string without it moving eventually. I could see this causing a lot of issues for anyone with this rest, because it could slide without you knowing and then your shot is going to be low. I would not recommend this, I’m going back to my whisker biscuit for the season because at least I don’t have to worry about my rest point moving around…

This rest is perfect for the range or the tree stand. It comes ready to install then shoot. I like the fact that the manufacturer placed indicators on the adjustments so you can see how far left or right and up or down you are moving it, some of the high end rests don’t even have this. The instructions are very clear on how to install. They show you can tie to the cable or serve it in. I recommend to serv it in or have it done professionally if you can’t do it yourself, it is very easy to learn though. It comes with the felts needed to put on the drop away riser so your arrow doesn’t bounce and make noise. I personally put extra on it just to be sure it’s silent. The soft rubber gate to flip your arrow through is perfect, no risk of a string slip while using broad heads. I would honestly recommend this to pretty much anyone. It has never let me down and probably shot a few thousand arrows now, without any issue.

Rest is made strong , arrived on time, but force To activate rest puts to much pressure on bow string, spring is to strong

You literally can not beat it for this price liked it so much bought second one. Was having issues with my qad clearing my riser so bought this and it’s perfect. Tied knot on end of string to stop it from slipping in the supplied clamp. Have shot maybe 200 arrows and no issue. At this price how can you go wrong with something that works.

Very cheap. The arrow rest does not "cock" in the draw position so it only lifts when you draw. Better to spend some extra money on a good quality rest.
